بررسی مشرعیت غسل زیارت

زیارت اهل‌بیت(ع) در طول تاریخ از مهم‌ترین مسائل پیش روی مسلمانان به خصوص امامیه بوده و مسائل مربوط به آن نیز از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است؛ از آن جمله غسل زیارت است که مشروعیت آن همواره مورد سوال و بحث بوده است. از مجموع دلایل اثبات مشروعیت غسل زیارت، اجزای آن از وضو از دیدگاه بعضی از فقهاست. با توجه به اختلافی بودن مشروعیت این غسل بین فقها و عدم تایید مشروعیت آن از دیدگاه مشهور فقهای معاصر، در نوشته حاضر به روش تحلیلی اجتهادی از منابع کتابخانه‌ای مسئله بررسی شده است. نگارندگان با قرار دادن روایت جامعه کبیره در بین ادله اثبات مشروعیت و همچنین لحاظ ارتکاز متشرعین و تایید آن با برخی روایات، در نهایت دیدگاه مشروعیت غسل زیارت را ترجیح داده‎اند.

The Legitimacy of the Ghusl for Pilgrimage

Throughout history, making a pilgrimage to the shrines of Ahl alBayt (AS) has been one of the most important issues for Muslims, especially for the Imamiyyah ones. Here, the relevant issues are of great importance as well. One of them is the ghusl for pilgrimage, the legitimacy of which has always been questioned. For some jurists, one of the reasons for proving the legitimacy of the ghusl for pilgrimage is its difference from ablution. Due to the different views of jurists about the legitimacy of the ghusl for pilgrimage and lack of confirmation of its legitimacy by wellknown contemporary jurists, this analyticalijtihadbased article discusses the issue by referring to library sources. Placing the narration of alJāmiʿa alKabīra among the proofs of the legitimacy of the ghusl for pilgrimage, and based on some narrations and legislators’ views, this study found the ghusl for pilgrimage legitimate.
