تعظیم قبور اولیا از منظر فقهای مغرب اسلامی (با تاکید بر نقد دیدگاه‌های ابوسفیان باحُّو سلاوی)

کشورهای حوزه مغرب اسلامی، از دیرباز، از فرهنگ غنی اسلامی برخودار بوده‌اند. امام مالک بن انس و بسیاری از شاگردان برجسته وی، مورد اقبال مردمان این دیار بوده‌اند تا آنجا که از مالک به عنوان امام اهل مغرب یاد می‌شود. موج افراطی‌گری که در سده‌های اخیر گریبانگیر جهان اسلام شده این خطه را نیز، که از فرهنگ شناخته شده‌ای برخوردار بوده، تا حد زیادی درگیر ساخته است. تحقیق پیرامون کیفیت و چرایی نفوذ آموزه‌های وهابیت و تاثیرگذاری آن بر فرهنگ مردمان این جغرافیا می‌تواند به بیدارسازی آنان و متوجه ساختن ایشان به پیشینه فرهنگی خودشان کمک شایانی کند. اما آنچه اخیراً مورد اهتمام شبکه‌های گسترده وهابیت قرار گرفته، تلاش جهت عادی‌سازی این آموزه‌های افراطی و حتی القای همگرایی آنها با آرای فقهای مغرب اسلامی نظیر مالک است. یکی از این محققین، ابوسفیان مصطفی باحُّو سلاوی مغربی است که کوشیده تا اثبات کند فقهای مغرب، از آراء افراطی و همگرا با باورهای وهابیت پیرامون تعظیم قبور انبیا و اولیا برخوردار بوده‌اند. بر پایه یافته‌های این پژوهش؛ که به روش توصیفی تحلیلی به نگارش در آمده، ادعاهای وی همگی محصول تقطیع کلمات فقهای مغرب و برداشت ناصواب از کلمات ایشان است. در نتیجه هیچ‌گونه همگرایی میان ‌اندیشه‌های وهابیت و آرای فقهای مغرب اسلامی در این زمینه وجود ندارد.

Respecting the Graves of the Saints from the Perspective of the Jurists of the Islamic Maghreb (with Emphasis on the Critique of the Views of Abu Sufyan Bahhu Salavi)

The states of the Islamic Maghreb have always enjoyed a rich Islamic culture. Imam Malik ibn Anas and many of his prominent disciples were so popular among the people of this land that Malik is referred to as the Imam of the Maghreb. The wave of extremism, engaging the Muslim world in recent centuries, has affected this region with a wellknown culture to a large extent. Research on the quality and reason for the influence of the Wahhabi teachings and their impacts on the culture of the people of this geographical area can help to awaken them and make them aware of their own cultural background. But what has recently been the focus of the widespread Wahhabi networks is the attempt to introduce these extremist teachings as normal and even induce their convergence with the views of the Islamic Maghreb jurists such as Malik. One of these scholars is Abu Sufyan Mustafa Bahhu Salavi Maghrebi who tried to prove that the jurists of the Maghreb had extremist views in line with Wahhabi beliefs about respecting the graves of the Prophets and saints. Based on the findings of this descriptiveanalytical study, all his claims are the product of the scanning of the Maghreb jurists’ words and incorrect interpretation of their views. As a result, there is no convergence between the ideas of Wahhabism and the views of the jurists of the Islamic Maghreb in this regard.
