بررسى میزان آگاهى، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان شرکت آب منطقه اى خراسان رضوى مشهد نسبت به بیمارى کووید در سال 1399

زمینه و هدف: بیماری کرونا (covid_19) بیماری عفونی است که تنها چند ماه پس از اعلام رسمی اولین گزارشات، به سرعت در جهان منتشر و تبدیل به پاندمی شد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل تاثیر گذار بر رعایت مسائل بهداشتی کارکنان بر اساس الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی می باشد. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی (مقطعی) در سال 1399 بر روی 65 نفر از کارکنان شرکت آب منطقه‌ای خراسان‌رضوی انجام شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه اى توسط محقق شامل 11، 24 و 18سوال در زمینه آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کارکنان با کمک مطالعات مشابه طراحی گردید. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه آنلاین جمع آوری و با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss ، نسخه 25 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: بررسی ارتباط متغیرهای کیفی دموگرافیک با سازه های آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار نشان داد میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش و رفتار در هیچ یک از گروه های جنسیتی، تحصیلی و شغلی تفاوت معنی داری نداشته است (p<0.05). بین متغیرهای آگاهی و نگرش (p<0.01) و آگاهی و رفتار(p=0.02) ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری وجود داشت. سایر متغیرها با یکدیگر ارتباط معنی‌داری را نشان ندادند(p <0.05). همچنین نتایج حاصل نشان داد، سازه آگاهی تاثیر آماری معنی‌داری بر رفتار افراد مورد مطالعه داشته است (p =0.01). به طور کلی میزان آگاهی و نگرش کارکنان در پیشگیری از کرونا در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد. نتیجه گیرى: میزان آگاهى و نگرش افراد، تاثیر بسزایى بر عملکرد آنها در پیشگیرى از بیمارى کووید- 19 دارد. بنابراین، اجراى برنامه هاى آموزشى به عنوان ابزارى موثر در جهت افزایش آگاهى و نگرش کارکنانشرکت آب منطقه اى خراسان رضوى توصیه مى گردد.

a survey on knowledge, attitude and practice of employees in khorasan razavi regional water company toward covid-19 disease in 2019

background and purpose: the covid-19 pandemic swiftly swept across the globe as an infectious disease months after its initial reports. this study aims to identify the factors influencing employees’ adherence to health protocols using the health belief model within the khorasan razavi regional water company context. materials and methods:in 2019, a descriptive-analytical (cross-sectional) investigation involved 65 khorasan razavi regional water company employees. the data collection process involved a meticulously designed questionnaire fashioned by the researcher. this questionnaire encompassed 11, 24, and 18 inquiries about employees’ knowledge, attitudes, and practices. the responses were collected through an online survey platform, followed by meticulous analysis through the employment of spss software. results: : examination of the interplay between demographic variables and knowledge, attitudes, and behavior constructs revealed that mean scores for knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors did not display any significant variance amongst gender, educational, or occupational categories (p<0.05). intriguingly, a significant positive correlation emerged between awareness and attitudes (p<0.01), as well as between awareness and behaviors (p=0.02). other variables exhibited negligible correlation (p <0.05). furthermore, the outcomes demonstrated that the structure of awareness significantly impacted the studied individuals’ behaviors (p =0.01). employees’ knowledge and attitudes about coronavirus prevention exhibited a commendable standard. conclusion: this study underscores the pivotal role of employee knowledge and attitudes in shaping their adherence to covid-19 prevention practices. consequently, it is recommended that educational initiatives be introduced as potent tools for augmenting the knowledge and attitudes of khorasan razavi regional water company personnel.
