بررسی و تبیین سبک رهبری معنوی در سازمان از منظر قرآن

زمینه: در عصر حاضر موفقیت سازمانی مستلزم تغییر در عملکرد‎ها، به‎ویژه تحول در سبک‎های مدیریتی و اداره بروز آن بوده، که در این میان نقش رهبری معنوی بسیار برجسته می‎باشد، تا افراد مشتاقانه فعالیت‎های خود را برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی انجام دهند.هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر شناسایی، تبیین و توسعه سبک رهبری معنویاز دیدگاه قرآن‎ است، تا بتوان از این رهگذر به تربیت و کمال سرمایه انسانی در سازمان‎ها مساعدت نمود.روش: این تحقیق با استفاده از روش تحلیل‎محتوای کیفی به صورت استقرایی، روش اجتهادی و روش تفسیری، برای جمع‎آوری اطلاعات و تحلیل داده‎ها انجام شده است.یافته‎ها: یافته‎های تحقیق نشان می‎دهد که رهبری معنوی با رویکرد قرآنی دارای 5 مقوله، چشم‎انداز، نوع‎دوستی، امید و ایمان به کار، تعهد سازمانی و بهره‎وری بوده است، که برای اعتباریابی آن 25 آیه از قرآن استخراج شده است.نتایج: تحلیل و بررسی داده‎ها نشان می‎دهد که رهبری معنوی از منظر قرآن دارای اهمیت است و بودن آن در سازمان باعث انگیزه در افراد و هدایت به معنویت در اهداف سازمان می‎شود.

examining and explaining the style of spiritual leadership in the organization from the perspective of the qur’an

context: in today’s era, organizational success requires a change in functions, especially a change in management styles and its management, among which the role of spiritual leadership is very prominent, so that people enthusiastically carry out their activities. to achieve organizational goals.the goal is to identify, explain and develop the style of spiritual leadership from the perspective of the qur’an, so that it can help the training and perfection of human capital in organizations.method: this research used inductive qualitative content analysis method, ijtihad method and interpretation method to collect information and analyze data.findings: spiritual leadership with a quranic approach has 5 categories: vision, altruism, hope and faith in work, organizational commitment and productivity, for which 25 verses have been extracted from the quran.results: spiritual leadership is important from the perspective of the quran and its presence in the organization motivates people and leads to spirituality in the goals of the organization.
