شناسایی چارچوب تصمیم گیری در قرآن کریم

با توجه به اینکه تصمیم‌گیری از کارکردهای عقل است هر تصمیم‌گیری، از نوع عقلانی است. اما در ادبیات این موضوع، تصمیم‌گیری عقلانی تاکید بر مراحل عمومی و منطقی در شناخت مسئله، ارائه راه‌حل‌ها و انتخاب بهترین راه‌حل با دوری از سلیقه ورزی و عواطف شخصی است، که به دلیل محدودیت‌های پیاده‏سازی آن، استفاده از رویکردهای شهودی، رضایت‏بخش و عقلانیت محدود مطرح‌شده است. درواقع محدودیت‌های تصمیم‌گیری عقلانی بیشتر مربوط به عقل است لذا باید به دنبال رویکردهایی برای جبران این نوع محدودیت‌ها بود ازجمله استفاده از آموزه‏های وحیانی است که می‌تواند عقل را در تصمیم‌گیری کمک و راهنمایی کند. پژوهش حاضر در این راستا با استفاده از روش تحقیق موضوعی به دنبال دستیابی به چهارچوب تصمیم‌گیری در قرآن کریم است. طبق روش، از آیات مربوط به تصمیم‌گیری برداشت‌های موضوعی صورت می‌گیرد. با شناخت مفهوم تصمیم‌گیری و مشورت با کارشناسان قرآنی سه کلیدواژه «عَزم»، «اِراده» و «خَیر» انتخاب شدند که 1892 آیه، آیات اصلی دربردارنده این کلیدواژه‌ها و سیاق‌های(واحدهای موضوعی) این آیات بودند. حدود 1500 برداشت‌ موضوعی در قالب 45 شاخصه تصمیم‌گیری و پس از خلاصه‌سازی 13شاخص به دست آمدند که در قالب الگوی ورودی-فرایند-خروجی جای گرفتند. ورودی الگو شاخصه‏های جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، نشانه‏های تصمیم، شناخت توانمندی‌ها و سنجش پیامدهای تصمیم هستند. فرایند این الگو استفاده از فرصت‌های تصمیم و قاطعیت در تصمیم بوده و خروجی آن پذیرش مسئولیت تصمیم و بهره فرد از نتایج تصمیم و نتایج دنیایی و آخرتی تصمیم هستند. عوامل موثر بر این الگو وجه به نقش خدای سبحان در فرصت‌های تصمیم و احاطه بر تصمیم و همچنین رعایت منافع ذینفعان و شناخت تهدیدات و مقابله با آن‌ها هستند. این نتایج با مراجعه مستقیم به قرآن به‌دست‌آمده‌اند که می‌تواند گامی در مسیر استخراج ادبیات علوم انسانی و اجتماعی از قرآن و حرکت تربیتی و سازنده در تصمیم‏گیری افراد باشد.

considering that decision making is one of the functions of reason, every decision is of a rational type; but in the literature of this issue, rational decision-making emphasizes the general and logical steps in recognizing the problem, presenting solutions and choosing the best solution by avoiding personal taste and emotions, which is due to the limitations of its implementation. , the use of intuitive, satisfactory and limited rationality approaches have been proposed. in fact, the limitations of rational decision-making are more related to reason; therefore, we should look for approaches to compensate for these types of limitations. among these approaches is the use of revelation teachings that can help and guide the intellect in making decisions. in this regard, the present research seeks to achieve the decision-making framework in the holy quran by using the thematic research method. according to the method, thematic impressions are made from the verses related to decision making. by knowing the concept of decision-making and consulting with quranic experts, three keywords &azm&, &will& and &khair& were selected, which contained 1892 verses, the main verses containing these keywords and the contexts (thematic units) of these verses. about 1,500 subject impressions were obtained in the form of 45 decision-making indicators and after summarizing, 13 indicators were obtained, which were placed in the form of input-process-output model. the input of the model is information collection indicators, decision signs, recognition of capabilities and measurement of decision consequences. the process of this model is the use of decision opportunities and decisiveness in the decision, and its output is accepting the responsibility of the decision and benefiting from the results of the decision and the worldly and hereafter results of the decision. factors affecting this model are paying attention to the role of god almighty in decision opportunities and surrounding the decision, as well as respecting the interests of the stakeholders and recognizing threats and dealing with them. these results have been obtained by directly referring to the quran, which can be a step in the direction of extracting the literature of humanities and social sciences from the quran and educational and constructive movement in people’s decision making.
