شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای معنویت در سازمان براساس بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب

بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب، رهنامه‎ای است که با روایت تاریخی انقلاب آغاز می‎شود و در آینده‎ای امیدبخش امتداد می‎یابد. دراین پژوهش درصدد شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ارتقای معنویت در سازمان براساس بیانیه گام دوم هستیم؛ زیرا معنویت و اخلاق یکی از توصیه‎های هفت‎گانه رهبر انقلاب درجهت نیل به هدف آرمانی تمدن اسلامی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی کارکنان شاغل در بیمارستان دادگستری تهران می‎باشند. برای جمع‎آوری داده‎ها از پرسش‎نامه با حجم نمونه 132 نفر استفاده شده است. به‎منظور شناسایی، تحلیل و تفسیر الگوهای موجود درون داده‎ها از روش تحلیل مضمون (تماتیک) و نرم‎افزار maxqda استفاده شده است. سپس با کمک آمار توصیفی و استنباطی و با نرم‎افزارهای spss و smart pls به تجزیه‎وتحلیل داده‎ها پرداخته شده است. ‎‎درنهایت 13 عامل ارتقای معنویت براساس بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب یعنی 1. ایمان؛ 2. تقوا؛ 3. توکل؛ 4. بصیرت دینی؛ 5. سیره چهارده معصوم(ع)؛ 6. سیره اولیاءالله؛ 7. اتحاد و همبستگی؛ 8. قرآن؛ 9. حفظ انقلاب؛ 10. معنویت درونی؛ 11. خواص جامعه؛ 12. ارزش و کرامت معنوی؛ 13. توجه به روابط شرعی و حدود اسلامی تعیین شده که درمجموع دارای 44 شاخص است.

the statement of the second step of the revolution is a guide that begins with the historical narrative of the revolution and extends into a promising future. in this research, we are trying to identify the effective factors on promoting spirituality in the organization based on the statement of the second step; because spirituality and ethics are one of the seven recommendations of the leader of the revolution to achieve the ideal goal of islamic civilization. the statistical population of the research is all the employees working in tehran justice hospital. a questionnaire with a sample size of 132 people was used to collect data. in order to identify, analyze and interpret the existing patterns in the data, thematic analysis method and maxqda software were used. then, with the help of descriptive and inferential statistics and spss and smart pls software, the data was analyzed. finally, 13 factors to promote spirituality based on the statement of the second step of the revolution, i.e. 1. faith; 2. piety; 3. trust; 4. religious insight; 5. the biography of fourteen innocents; 6. biography of the saints of allah; 7. unity and solidarity; 8. quran; 9. preservation of the revolution; 10. inner spirituality; 11. properties of society; 12. spiritual value and dignity; 13. paying attention to shari’a relationships and islamic limits, which has a total of 44 indicators.
