واکاوی الگوی رهبری هرم معکوس در نهادهای خیریه با ابتناء بر مدل دینی بلانچارد

اصولاً نهادهای خیریه از جمله نهادهای ‌غیرانتفاعی هستند که بر مبنای سوددهی شخصی پایه‌ریزی نشده و اهدافی خیرخواهانه و عمومی را دنبال می‌کنند. با عنایت به این امر، مدیریت در این‌گونه سازمان‌ها لازم است داوطلبانه، خیرخواهانه و ایثارگرانه و در یک تعبیر معنویت‌گرا باشد. این پژوهش درصدد واکاوی الگوی رهبری هرم معکوس به‌عنوان الگوی متناسب با مدیریت نهادهای خیریه با تاکید بر مدل دینی بلانچارد بوده که با روشی توصیفی− تحلیلی بر مبنای الگوی حضرت عیسی(ع)با روش قصص محوری قرآنی انجام می‌یابد. نتایج و دستاوردهای تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که الگوی رهبری هرم معکوس با عنایت به شیوه رهبری حضرت عیسی(ع) می‌تواند برای سازمان‌های خیریه الگویی مناسب بوده و مدیران در سطوح مختلف می‌توانند با الهام از الگوی یادشده اثربخشی خود را نشان دهند. این الگو، دارای عناصری همچون قلب خاضع، عقل خاضع و دستان (رفتار) خاضع است که با چشم‌انداز و راهبرد توحیدی بر محور خدمت‌گذاری، تواضع، فروتنی و معنویت پایه‌ریزی شده و رهبران و مدیران در این الگو، افزون‌بر تاکید بر خادم بودن خود، خدمت را با نگاه متواضعانه انجام داده و به خدمت خود رنگ معنویت و الهی می‌بخشند و در مسیر خدمت‌گذاری عاشقانه به تجارت معنوی و الهی دلگرم‌اند؛ ازاین‌رو، با توجه به رهیافت‌های قرآنی مشعر به این الگو، مدیران دارای چشم‌انداز و راهبرد‌های توحیدی در دالان راهبرد معنویت با ابزاری همچون تواضع و فروتنی مسیر خدمت‌گذاری مادی و معنوی را پیموده و اثربخشی را در نهادهای خیریه عینیت می‌بخشند.

analyzing the inverted pyramid leadership model in charitable institutions with objections on blanchard’s religious model

basically, charitable organizations are non-profit organizations that are not based on personal profit and pursue charitable and public goals. considering this, management in such organizations must be voluntary, benevolent and selfless and in a spiritualistic interpretation. this research aims to analyze the leadership model of the inverted pyramid as a model suitable for the management of charitable organizations with an emphasis on blanchard’s religious model, which is carried out with a descriptive-analytical method based on the model of jesus with the method of qur’anic stories. the results and achievements of the research show that the leadership model of the inverted pyramid with regard to the leadership style of jesus can be a suitable model for charity organizations and managers at different levels can show their effectiveness by being inspired by the mentioned model. this model has elements such as a submissive heart, submissive intellect and submissive hands (behavior) which is based on the vision and strategy of monotheism on the axis of service, humility, humility and spirituality, and the leaders and managers in this model, in addition to emphasizing on being a servant, they perform service with a humble look and give their service a spiritual and divine color and are encouraged in the path of loving service to spiritual and divine business; therefore, according to the qur’anic approaches inspired by this model, managers with monotheistic vision and strategies in the corridor of spirituality strategy with tools such as modesty and humility walk the path of material and spiritual service and objectify the effectiveness in charitable institutions.
