چکیده
|
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و اکتشاف راهبرد‌های رهبری آموزشی در سیره امام محمدباقر(ع) بر مبنای مدل پیشینی خلاقیت، هوش (هوش عملی، هوش تحلیلی) و خرد بوده است. روش این پژوهش، کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای تاریخی به صورت مورد کاوی در سیره رهبری آموزشی امام باقر(ع)، به روش اسنادی و رویکرد آن تفسیری و با هدف کاربرد‌‌های عملی در رهبری آموزشی در نظام آموزش و پرورش و آموزش عالی انجام شده است. پس از بررسی اعتبار اسناد تاریخی در مورد سیره امام باقر(ع)در مورد رهبری آموزشی و مطالعه دقیق اطلاعات مورد نیاز و یادداشت برداری از منابع دست اول و دوم و همچنین مشورت با صاحب‌نظران و اساتید، در ابتدا 55 راهبرد و در نهایت 21 راهبرد اصلی رهبری آموزشی براساس مبانی پژوهش خلاصه و مفاهیم کدگذاری شدند. یافته‌‌های این پژوهش، می‌تواند راه‌گشای برخی از نیاز‌های رهبری آموزشی در حوزه رفتاری و شخصیتی یک رهبر آموزشی در عصر حاضر به‌ویژه جوامع اسلامی باشد.

Abstract
|
the purpose of this study was to identify and explore educational leadership strategies in the conduct (sira) of imam mohammad baqir (as) based on the prior model of wisdom, intelligence, and creativity synthesized (wics). the method of this research is a qualitative type of historical content analysis as a case study in the educational leadership of imam baqir (as), with a documentary method and its interpretive approach with the aim of practical applications in educational leadership in the education and higher education system. after examining the validity of historical documents about the life of imam baqir (as) regarding educational leadership and carefully studying the required information and taking notes from first and secondhand sources, as well as consulting with experts and professors, first 55 strategies and finally 21 main strategies of educational leadership were summarized based on research principles and concepts. the findings of this study can solve some of the needs of educational leadership in the field of behavior and personality of an educational leader in the present age especially in islamic societies.
