رشدیافتگی با فضائل اخلاقی مطالعه‎ای پدیدارشناسانه از خطبه شریف متقین

رشدیافتگی عموماً با رشد سنی و با تحول انسان از دوران کودکی به دوران بزرگسالی تبیین شده است. کریس ارجریس  انسان رشدیافته را به‌مثابه فردی می‌داند که پس از طی مراحل بلوغ از نوزادی به کودکی و از کودکی به نوجوانی و درادامه به بزرگسالی می‌رسد. در این مرحله، او فعال، مستقل، آگاه به ‌خود با علایق عمیق و قادر به انجام طیف وسیعی از رفتارها با دیدگاه‌های بلندمدت است. اگرچه داشتن این صفات برای رشدیافتگی لازم بود، ولی هیچ‌وقت کافی نبود.پژوهشگر در این مطالعه با آگاهی از نظریه‌های رشدیافتگی و با تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از خطبه متقین به روش پدیدارشناسی تفسیری و با استفاده راهبرد کدگذاری، نوزده مفهوم پایه و هفت مقوله مهم یعنی «مبارزه با هوای نفس»، «راست‌گویی و درستکاری»، «خودسنجی»، «اعتدال»، «استقامت»، «حیات معقول» و «علم و دین» را از کلام حضرت امیر(ع) کشف و آنها را به بحث می‌گذارد. این مقولات ابعاد منسجمی از فضائل اخلاقی برای رشدیافتگی کامل انسان در حین بزرگسالی می‌باشند.

maturity with moral virtues; a phenomenological study of al-muttaqīn sermon

maturity is generally explained by age growth and human evolution from childhood to adulthood. chris argyris considers a mature being as a person who goes through the stages of maturity from infancy to childhood and from childhood to adolescence and then to adulthood. at this stage, she/he is active, independent, self-aware with deep interests and capable of a wide range of behaviors with a long-term perspective. although having these traits was necessary for growth, it was never sufficient. in this study, the researcher aware of the theories of maturity and through analyzing the data obtained from al-muttaqīn sermon (the pious sermon) by interpretive phenomenology method and using coding strategy, discovered nineteen basic concepts and seven important categories, i.e. struggle with selfishness , honesty and integrity , self-assessment , moderation , endurance , reasonable life and science and religion from the words of imam ali (as) and then discussed them. these categories are coherent dimensions of moral virtues for the full development of human beings during adulthood.
