جستاری در تعریف‌ها و برداشت‌های صاحب‌نظران از مفهوم مدیریت اسلامی

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی، بحث و بررسی و دسته‌بندی پیرامون تعریف‌ها و مفاهیم حوزه مدیریت اسلامی از دیدگاه اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران است. مبحث «مدیریت اسلامى» از دیرباز یکی از حوزه­های مهم تحقیقی درباره فلسفه سیاسى و اجتماعى اسلام در اذهان اندیشوران و حامیان انقلاب بوده است؛ از این‌رو، در طی سالیان متمادی، پژوهشگران گوناگون از حوزه و دانشگاه به بحث و بررسی، مفهوم‌سازی و ارائه تعریف در این زمینه پرداخته‌اند. مقاله حاضر به بررسی تاریخچه مدیریت اسلامی و پژوهش­های انجام گرفته در آثار و آرای اندیشمندان و صاحب­نظران عرصه مدیریت اسلامی پرداخته و در راستای آشنایی با مفاهیم و تعریف‌های متنوع و گسترده مدیریت اسلامی، آنها را مورد بحث، بررسی و تحلیل قرار داده است. به منظور تحلیل ادبیات انجام شده از مطالعه اسناد کتابخانه‌ای از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شده است. طبقه‌بندی و تحلیل انجام شده روی تعریف‌های ارائه شده نشان داد صاحب­نظران قلمرو مدیریت اسلامی و دیدگاه‌‌های اسلام در مورد مدیریت، هر یک به فراخور برداشت و ذهنیت­های خود از اسلام، تعریف‌ها و یا توضیح‌هایی را ارائه داده‌اند که نوعی مفهوم مدیریت اسلامی از آنها مستفاد می‌شود؛ درحالی‌که هنوز به تعریفی واحد از این مقوله نرسیده‌اند؛ ازاین‌رو، می‌توان این تعریف‌ها را در قالب پنج دسته کلی قرار داد: از نگاه الهی و توحیدی، نگاه رشد و تربیت بشری، نگاه مکتبی و ارزشی، نگاه فنی به مدیریت اسلامی و در نهایت نگاه چندگانه یا ترکیبی.

A survey on definitions and interpretations of scholars about the concept of Islamic management

This research aimed to explore, investigate, categorize and discuss definitions and concepts concerning Islamic management in the views of related scholars and experts. Islamic management has long been an important research field about social and political philosophy of Islam in the minds of thinkers and supporters of the Iranian Islamic Revolution. Hence, over the years, various researchers from universities and seminaries have dealt with the discussion, conceptualization and presentation of definitions in this area. This research paper examines the history and studies concerning Islamic management in the works and ideas of philosophers and theorists of this field of science. In order to recognize numerous and different concepts and definitions regarding Islamic management, these were discussed analytically. To analyze the related literature, the method of qualitative content analysis was used in addition to studying library documents. The analysis and classifications showed that each of the experts and scholars of Islamic management provide definitions and explanations based on their own perceptions of Islam in a way that a kind of Islamic management concept can be derived from. However, they have not yet achieved a unified definition. Thus, this definition can be placed into five general categories: divine and monotheistic view, educational view regarding human development, value based view, technical view to Islamic management and finally synthetic or multiple views.
