تبیین ارتباط میان گزاره‌های اسلام ‌و گزاره‌های مدیریت

تقریرهای متفاوتی از مدیریت اسلامی، به عنوان جلوه ای از تولید علم دینی شده است. مدیریت اسلامی ترکیبی از مدیریت (به عنوان علم) و اسلام (به عنوان دین) را شکل می دهد که هر کدام، پشتوانه ای به وسعت یک کتابخانه از موضوعات و نظریه ها دارند. در این مقاله تلاش شده است از دیدگاهی نو، پنجره ای جدید به موضوع رابطه اسلام و مدیریت پرداخته شود. در این دیدگاه، گزاره های دین و علم، از لحاظ کشفی و اعتباری بودن مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد و سپس چگونگی ارتباط آنها تبیین می شود. نتیجه اینکه در حوزه گزاره های کشفی، دستاوردهای یقینی بشری و دستاوردهای دینی تعارضی ندارد. عقل خود یکی از منابع دین است و آنچه عقل بدان می رسد، دینی است. از سوی دیگر، از آنجا که وحی، دانشی یقینی است بر دستاوردهای عقلی بشری – که خطا در آن راه دارد سلطه دارد. در حوزه گزاره های اعتباری، اخلاق و فقه (گزاره‌های اعتباری دین) به عنوان قانون ِرفتار و اقدام فردی و اجتماعی بر گزاره‌های اعتباری دانش مدیریت و یک مدیر حاکم است. چارچوب گزاره های اعتباری اسلام منطقه موجه‌ی را شکل می دهد که مدیر می تواند در آن منطقه مسیرهای متفاوتی را برگزیند. بهینگی گزاره اعتبار شده، بر‌آمده از سایر متغیّرهایی است که مدیر در پردازش خود برای تدوین گزاره اعتباری در نظر می گیرد. نتیجه این دیدگاه آن است که مدیریت اسلامی، مدیریتی مبتنی بر حقیقت (گزاره های کشفی اسلام) و در چارچوب شریعت (گزاره های اعتباری اسلام) است.

Explaining the Relation between Statements of Islam and Statements of Management

Various interpretations of Islamic Management, as one manifestation of Religious Science production, are cited. Islamic Management is formed of Management (as a science) and Islam (as a religion) that have each of them a support of library of themes and theories. With a new look, we have tried in this article a new way to address the issue of relation between Islam and Management. In this view, the statements of religion and science from the point of descriptive and prescriptive aspects are being scrutinized and elucidated how they relate. The result is that in the scope of descriptive statements, human certain achievements and religious achievements have no conflict. Wisdom is one of the Religion source and what it reaches is religious. On the other hand, the revelation as a certain science on the achievements of human wisdom, which may be in error, dominates. In the area of prescriptive statements, Ethics and Jurisprudence (the prescriptive statements of religion) as the law of individual and social action and behavior, rules the prescriptive statements of Management. Framework of the prescriptive statements of Islam has formed a justified area from which manager can select different ways in it. The optimality of prescriptive statement is derived from the processing of other variables that the director considers to develop prescriptive statements. The result of this sight is that Islamic Management, is a truthbased (descriptive statements of Islam) management and within the framework of Sharia (Islamic prescriptive statements).
