بررسی توجه به جایگاه شاخصه‌های مدیریت اسلامی در انتخاب مدیران مدارس (مطالعه موردی شهرستان دیواندره)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی توجه به جایگاه شاخصه‌های مدیریت اسلامی در انتخاب مدیران مدارس شهرستان دیواندره است. روش پژوهش در محدوده روش‌های توصیفی−پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر همه دبیران و معلمان مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی‌اند و نمونه آماری تعداد 278 نفر از ایشان هستند که با استفاده از روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق، به جز منابع کتابخانه‌ای از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای سنجش نظرها استفاده شده است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به دو صورت توصیفی و استنباطی (t) بوده است. مبنای نظری تحقیق مبتنی بر آیات و روایات و سند ارزشمند نهج‌البلاغه می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که در انتخاب مدیران مدارس به شاخصه‌های ارزش‌مداری، حسن شهرت، مهارت و تخصص مدیران کمتر توجه شده است و دبیران و معلمان آنها را در حد نامطلوبی ارزیابی کرده‌اند. این در حالی است که از دید آنان مدیران مدارس از شاخصه‌های برجسته‌ای چون وجدان کاری و انضباط اداری، اجتماعی و اقتصادی برخوردارند و در انتخاب مدیران مدارس به این مولفه‌ها توجه کافی شده است.

Evaluation of Considering the Status of Islamic Management Indices in Selection and Appointment of School Managers(A case study about Divandarreh City of Iran)

The purpose of this study is evaluation of considering indices of Islamic management in selecting and appointing school managers of Divandarreh city of Iran. The method of this research is a kind of descriptive survey method. The statistical population of this research consisted of all teachers of different levels of education at Divandarreh and the sample group was 278 of teachers selected by using stratified random method. Measuring instruments of research were library resources and a questionnaire prepared by the researcher. The theoretical bases of the research were Quran verses, infallible Shia Imams narratives (Hadiths) and the noteworthy Naholbalagheh. Research findings show that in selecting school principals indices such as valuism, reputation and expertise of managers have not been paid enough attention and teachers have found them undesirable. However, they evaluate managers in exceptional indices like as work ethic, social, economic and administrative disciplines satisfactory and agreed that in selecting and appointing school principals these indices were taken into consideration.
