بررسی ارتباط بین هوش معنوی و مهارت‌های تعاملی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان

هوش معنوی دربرگیرنده مجموعه‌ای از توانایی‌ها و ظرفیت‌هاست که از منابع معنوی در جهت افزایش بهزیستی و انطباق‌پذیری فرد استفاده می‌کند، در این راستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر ارتباط بین هوش معنوی و مهارت‌های تعاملی در بین دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان است. پژوهش پیش رو از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق توصیفی−پیمایشی و جامعه آماری مشتمل بر کلیه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی گروه علوم انسانی دانشگاه اصفهان بوده است. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم بوده است و بر طبق فرمول کوکران 305 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مشتمل بر پرسشنامه محقق‌ساختۀ هوش معنوی و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساختۀ مهارت‌های تعاملی بوده و روایی محتوایی از سوی متخصصان تایید و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 85 و 96 درصد برآورد شده بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که: بین تفکر وجودی و مهارت‌های تعاملی، بین معناسازی شخصی و مهارت‌های تعاملی، بین آگاهی متعالی و مهارت‌های تعاملی و نیز بین گسترش خودآگاهی و مهارت‌های تعاملی، ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد.

Investiation of the Relationship between Spiritual Intellect and Interactive Skills of Students at the Isfahan University

Spiritual intellect involves a collection of abilities and capacities that uses spiritual sources to improve people’s compatibility, conformity and satisfaction and provides a better life. This research paper aims at examination of the relationship between spiritual intellect and interactive skills by investiatin the opinions of Isfahan University students. This research was practical and its method was a kind of descriptive survey and its statistical population was comprised of hiher education students at Humanities department of Isfahan University. The stratified random samplin is implemented to evaluate the sample volume and 305 students were selected accordin to Kookran Formula. The research instruments were two researchermade questionnaires includin spiritual intellect and interactive skills. The validity of their contents was confirmed by experts and their reliabilities were assessed 85 and 96 respectively via Cronbach’s alpha test. Findins show that there are sinificant relationships between thinkin and interactive skills, personal conceptualization and interactive skills, transcendental consciousness and interactive skills and improvement of selfconsciousness and interactive skills.
