چکیده
|
از جمله جریان‌هایی که توانست در علوم انسانی در تقابل با اثبات‌گرایی جایگاه مقبولی را پیدا کند، جریان قراردادگرایی بود. قراردادگرایی در شاخه‌هایی از خود از جمله در مطالعه سازمان درصدد استفاده از ثمرات معرفتی پارادایم‌های مختلف است و می‌کوشد از تمامی امکانات موجود و ممکن برای شناخت سازمان بهره گیرد. نمونه شاخص این تلاش، استفاده مورگان از استعاره‌های مختلفی است که برای شناخت سازمان به‌کار برده است. این جریان بدون توجه به وجود مبانی متقابل در پارادایم‌های مختلف، توصیه‌ای تناقض‌گونه را در خود پرورانده است. در مقابلِ این رویکرد، این نوشتار فرانظریه اعتباریات علامه طباطبایی را به مثابه نسخه قوی‌تری برای علوم انسانی پیشنهاد کرده که قادر است ظرفیت فزاینده‌ای را فراروی دیدگاه مورگان در اختیار قرار دهد.

Abstract
|
Amon the scientific trends that could find accepted position in the humanities, in contrast to the prevalent positivism, was conventionalism. Conventionalism in its branches includin the oranizational studies is intended to use the knowlede results of different paradims and tries to benefit from all the available conceivable possibilities to reconize oranization. The most notably example of these efforts is the Moran's use of metaphors to understand and deal with oranization problems. These metaphors are not meant to be exhaustive and he acknowledes that they can be used individually or in combination to uide our understandin of oranizations and oranization problems. His aim is to show how metaphor is central to our thinkin about oranization and manaement and open new possibilities. This trend reardless of the reciprocal fundamentals in different paradims fostered a paradoxical suestion in itself. In contrast to this approach, the present paper introduces Allameh Tabataba'i's Metatheory of E'tebariat (Areed Perceptions) as a stroner version for human sciences that can provide a rowin capacity for the Moran's Imaes of Oranization.
