چکیده
|
هدف مقاله حاضر واکاوی پیشینه‌های تاریخی مطالعه مدیریت دولتی اسلامی در ادبیات مدیریتی ایران و جهان و توجیه فرانظری و فلسفی آن از یک سو و شکل‌دهی مبانی اسلامی براساس ماخذ دینی است. بر این اساس تلاش شده است به تاسی روش‌شناسانه نهضت خدمت عمومی جدید مبانی بنیادین مدیریت دولتی اسلامی تنسیق شود. در بخش نخست سیر تکامل دانشی این نهضت واکاوی و در بخش دوم دلایل فرانظری و فلسفی این جریان فکری مدیریتی اقامه خواهد شد و در بخش نهایی مبانی فکری و عملی این نهضت ارائه خواهد شد.

Abstract
|
This study aimed to investiate the historical records and backrounds of the Islamic public administration in the manaement literature of Iran and the world and within metatheoretical and philosophical justification on the one hand and formin the basis of Islamic principles based on reliious references and sources on the other hand. Accordinly, followin methodoloy of the new public service movement, efforts have been made to formulate the fundamental principles of Islamic public administration. The first part of this research paper was to analyze and explore the evolution of knowlede of this movement. In the second part metatheoretical and philosophical reasons for the current trend of manaement were provided. And the final part of the present paper presented the intellectual and practical foundations of the movement.
