پهنه بندی تعیین قیر مناسب بر اساس شاخص عملکردی (pg) در استان همدان

قیر از اجزای مهم و تاثیرگذار مخلوط آسفالتی می‌باشد که انتخاب نوع مناسب آن مطابق با شرایط آب‌وهوایی و ترافیکی هر منطقه جهت افزایش کیفیت و دوام آسفالتی اجرایی، امری ضروری می‌باشد. مطالعه براساس روش شارپ در طبقه‌بندی عملکردی قیر در سطح اطمینان‌های متفاوت می‌تواند نتایج بهینه‌ای را با لحاظ نمودن توام شرایط فنی و اقتصادی ارائه نماید. در این تحقیق با استفاده از آمار ایستگاه‌های هواشناسی استان همدان، شاخص عملکردی به‌صورت pgxxyy در چهار سطح اطمینان 50، 84، 98 و 99.9 درصد و با لحاظ نمودن شرایط ترافیکی در جاده‌های اصلی استان تعیین شده است. براساس نتایج حاصل شده از تحقیق، در سطوح اطمینان پایین، قیرهایی با رده‌بندی پایین‌تر پوشش بیشتری خواهند داشت و با افزایش سطح اطمینان، نقش قیرهایی با رده بالاتر، پررنگ‌تر خواهد شد و در یک سطح اطمینان مشخص اعمال شرایط ترافیکی رده قیرهای عملکردی مورد استفاده را در پهنه‌بندی افزایش خواهد داد. مطابق نتایج به‌دست آمده در سطح اطمینان 50 درصد پنج نوع قیر pg5816، pg5822، pg6410، pg6416 و pg6422 سطح استان همدان را پوشش می‌دهد. در سطح اطمینان 84 درصد استفاده از سه نوع قیر pg6416، pg6422 و pg6428 توصیه و در سطح اطمینان 98 درصد سه نوع قیر pg6416، pg6422 و pg6428 کاربرد دارد. همچنین بررسی نتایج در سطح اطمینان 99.9 درصد نشان داد که از چهار نوع قیر pg6416، pg6422، pg6428 و pg6434 در سطح این استان جهت تولید آسفالت باید استفاده نمود.

Suitable Bitumen Zoning Based on Performance Grade in Hamadan Province

Due to the importance of maintenance and repair costs, the quality of the asphalt quality is of particular importance. Bitumen is one of the most important components of asphalt mixing. It is essential to select the appropriate type according to the weather and traffic conditions of each area in order to increase the quality and durability of the asphalt. A study based on the Sharp method in the bitumen classification on a different level of confidence can provide optimal results with the combination of technical and economic conditions. In this research, using the statistics of the meteorological stations of Hamedan province, the performance index is PGXXYY at four levels of confidence of 50, 84, 98, and 99.9 percent, and considering the traffic conditions in the main roads of the province. Based on the results of the research, at lower levels of confidence, more lowgrade bitumen will be more covered, and with increasing confidence, the role of the bitumen will be higher in the higher category and at a certain level of certainty the applied traffic conditions of the category of functional bitumen used in increasing zoning Based on this research, it is necessary to zone the functional index of bitumen at the country level in terms of weather conditions and traffic at different levels of confidence level in order to determine and select according to the technical and economic principles of bitumen consumption.
