بررسی سطح سلامت عمومی کارکنان حسابدار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز و عوامل مرتبط با آن

چکیده:مقدمه: در طول دهه های اخیر تغییرات عمیقی در ماهیت شغل ها رخ داده است بطوریکه بر سلامت افراد شاغل تاثیراتی داشته است. اندازه گیری درک و احساس افراد از سلامتی خودشان اهمیت دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی سطح سلامت عمومی کارکنان حسابدار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز و برخی عوامل مرتبط با آن انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: این مطالعه از نوع مقطعی (توصیفیتحلیلی) می باشد. جامعه آماری را کلیه حسابداران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز تشکیل داده اند. روش تعیین حجم نمونه سر شماری و به تعداد 50 نفر حسابدار و 50 نفر غیر حسابدار انجام شد. روش جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسش نامه استاندارد سلامت عمومیghq28 انجام شد. با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تحلیلی و نرم افزار spss.v19 نتایج مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه ارزیابی سلامت روان نشان داد که در مجموع 53 درصد از کل شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه حداقل در یکی از حیطه های سلامت عمومی دارای اختلال بوده اند. همچنین در بین حیطه های مختلف سلامت عمومی، شایع ترین اختلال افسردگی و کمترین شیوع مربوط به سلامت جسمی بوده است. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به شیوع نسبتا بالای اختلالات روانی( اضطراب و افسردگی) در حسابداران نسبت به غیر حسابداران مورد مطالعه، پیشنهاد می گردد برنامه ریزی لازم در زمینه مهارت های فردی و ماکروارگونومی به منظور افزایش توانمندی ها و ظرفیت روانشناختی آنان صورت گیرد.

Assessing the General Health Level of Accountant Staff of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and its Related factors

Abstract Introduction: In recent decades, there have been profound changes in the nature of jobs that have had an impact on employees rsquo; health. It is important to measure people rsquo;s perceptions and feelings about their health. This study aimed to evaluate the general health level of the accountant staff of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and some related factors.Methods: This study is crosssectional (descriptiveanalytical). The statistical population consists of all accountants of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. 50 accountants and 50 nonaccountants were chosen with census method as the sample size. Data collection method was performed using demographic characteristics questionnaire and GHQ28 standard general health questionnaire. Finally, the results were analyzed using descriptiveanalytical statistics and SPSS ver. 19 software.Results: The results of the mental health assessment showed that entirely 53% of the total study participants had a disorder in at least one area of public health. Also, among different areas of public health, the most common disorder was depression, and the lowest prevalence was related to physical health.Conclusion: Due to the relatively high prevalence of mental disorders (anxiety and depression) in accountants compared to nonaccountants studied, it is suggested that the necessary planning provided in the field of individual skills and macroergonomics to increase their capabilities and psychological capacity.
