تحلیل ایمنی رفتاری کارکنان در پروژه‌های بین‌المللی صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی (مطالعه موردی: پروژه اوره و آمونیاک شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی مسجدسلیمان)

چکیده:مقدمه: ایمنی رفتاری کاربرد روانشناسی رفتاری برای ارتقاء رفتار ایمن در صنایع براساس مشارکت کارکنان بوده و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌های آن، چک‌لیست‌های رفتاری حاوی رفتارهای ایمن و ناایمن کارکنان می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل ایمنی رفتاری کارکنان در پروژه‌های بین‌المللی صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی (شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی مسجدسلیمان) می‌باشد.مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و تحلیلی می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 589 نفر از کارکنان ایرانی و چینی شاغل در ده بخش مختلف شرکت صنایع پتروشیمی مسجدسلیمان بوده است. ابزار گردآوری در این پژوهش چک‌لیست استاندارد تارانت بوده که با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نسخه 24 نرم افزار spss صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که اختلاف معناداری بین گروه ایرانی و گروه چینی وجود دارد. همچنین رتبه ‌بندی صورت گرفته با استفاده از آزمون فریدمن نشان داد گروه چینی از گروه ایرانی از نظر ایمنی رفتاری بهتر است. نتیجه‌گیری: از نتایج اصلی این تحقیق می‌توان به وجود ایمنی مثبت و قوی در کارکنان که باعث جلوگیری از بروز بسیاری از حوادث شغلی خواهد شد اشاره کرد. به‌عبارت دیگر یک فرهنگ ایمنی مثبت قوی در بین کارکنان، حرکت سازمانی برای دستیابی به استانداردهای بالاتر ایمنی را تسهیل خواهد کرد.

Personnel Behavioral Safety Analysis in International Projects of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries (Case Study of Urea and Ammonia Project, Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Company)

AbstractBackground: Behavioral safety and behavioral psychology is used to promote safe behavior in industries based on employee participation, and its data collection tool is behavioral checklists that contain safe and unsafe employee behaviors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral safety of employees in international projects of the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry (Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Company). Materials and Methods: The research method is descriptive and analytical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of this study was 589 Iranian and Chinese employees working in ten different departments of Masjed Soleyman Petrochemical Company. The tool for collecting data in this study was the standard tarantula checklist that was confirmed by Cronbach #39;s alpha. Data were analyzed by SPSS software, version24.Results: The results of this study showed that there is a significant difference between Iranian and Chinese groups. The Friedman test also showed that Chinese group is better than Iranian group in behavioral safety.Conclusion: The main results of this study are the positive and strong safety of the staff that will prevent many occupational accidents. In other words, a strong positive safety culture among employees will facilitate the organizational drive to achieve higher safety standards.
