ارزیابی میزان آمادگی یک صنعت فرایندی برای مقابله با یک حریق احتمالی

مقدمه: با توجه به حریق‌های رخ داده شده در صنایع فرایندی لزوم پیاده‌سازی دستگاه‌های مدیریت بحران در این صنایع و بالا نگه داشتن میزان آمادگی این دستگاه‌ها امری حیاتی است. هدف از انجام این مطالعه ارزیابی میزان آمادگی تیم‌های مقابله با شرایط اضطراری برای مقابله با یک حریق احتمالی در یک صنعت فرایندی است. روش‌کار: این مطالعه توصیفیتحلیلی در سال 1398 در یک پالایشگاه گازی با جامعه آماری 200 نفری انجام شد. از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی برای همه تیم‌های شرکت‌کننده در فرایند مقابله با حریق یک پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت طراحی شد. از شاخص‌های نسبت روایی محتوا (content validity ratio) و شاخص روایی محتوا (content validity index) جهت سنجیدن روایی و از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ جهت سنجیدن پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده وارد نرم افزار spss نسخه 24 شدند و تجزیه و تحلیل آماری در سطح معناداری 95 درصد با استفاده از آزمون one way anowa صورت پذیرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آمادگی این پالایشگاه برای مقابله با یک حریق احتمالی 68.3 درصد می‌باشد که از میان 11 تیم شرکت‌کننده در این فرایند تیم حراست با 53.48 درصد کمترین و تیم لجستیک با 77.5 درصد بیشترین آمادگی را دارند (0.028 =p-value). بالاترین میزان cvr برای پرسشنامه تیم ایمنی (0.77) می‌باشد و بزرگترین ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مربوط به تیم رابط با 0.92 بدست آمد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد آمادگی این پالایشگاه گازی در فرآیند مقابله با حریق در حد مطلوبی می‌باشد هر چند برخی از تیم‌ها از جمله تیم حراست آمادگی کمتری نسبت به بقیه تیم‌ها دارند. از این رو بهتر است هر چه سریع‌تر اقدامات مداخله‌ای از جمله فراهم کردن تجهیزات مورد نیاز و ارائه آموزش‌ها و مانورهای مختلف در راستای بالا بردن آمادگی این تیم انجام پذیرد.

Evaluating the Preparedness of a Process Industry to Deal with an Imminent Fire

AbstractIntroduction: Due to occurrence of fires in process industries, it is vital to implement crisis management systems in these industries and keep the readiness of these systems high. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the readiness of emergency response teams to deal with a possible fire in a process industry.Methods: This descriptiveanalytical study was performed in 2019 in a gas refinery with a statistical population of 200 people. A questionnaire with Likert scale was designed through library and field studies for all teams participating in the firefighting process. Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and Content Validity Index (CVI) were used to measure validity and Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaires. The collected data were entered into SPSS software version 24 and statistical analysis was performed at 95% significance level using One Way ANOWA test.Results: The results showed that the readiness of this refinery to deal with a possible fire was 68.3%, which among the 11 teams participating in this process, the security team with 53.48% had the lowest and the logistics team with 77.5% had the highest preparedness (Pvalue = 0.028). The highest CVR was for the safety team questionnaire (0.77) and the highest Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient was for the liaison team (0.92). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the readiness of this gas refinery in the firefighting process is satisfactory, although some teams, including the security team, are less prepared than other teams. Therefore, it is better to take intervention measures as soon as possible, including providing the necessary equipment and providing various trainings and maneuvers in order to increase the readiness of the teams.
