تجزیه و تحلیل مخاطرات hse در صنعت لاستیک سازی ایران یاسا با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقی hemp & bow-tie

مقدمه: صنعت تایر رکن اساسی در ناوگان حمل و نقل هر کشوری محسوب می شود و تایر در زمزه کالاهای استراتژیک محسوب می شود و با وجود 15000 نیروی کار در این صنعت یکی از صنایع واسطه ای قدرتمند بین پتروشیمی و خودرو است. هدف از این مطالعه تجزیه و تحلیل مخاطرات سلامت، ایمنی و محیط زیست (hse) صنعت لاستیک سازی ایران یاسا با استفاده از رویکرد تلفیقیhemp و bowtie است. روش بررسی: تیم مدیریت hse خطرات را شناسایی و ریسک های صنعت را ارزیابی نمودند. پس از شناسایی سطح ریسک‌های غیر قابل‌قبول در برگه مدیریت اثرات و خطرات (hemp)، با آنالیز سلسله مراتبی (ahp) خطرات با ریسک بالا اولویت بندی شد و توسط نرم‌افزارbowtie اقدامات کنترلی و موانع لازم نیز ارایه گردید.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش عبارت بودند از: در بین ریسک های شناسایی شده حجم بالای مواد قابل اشتعال، عملیات بار برداری با جرثقیل سقفی، الکتریسیته، بار در ارتفاع و ترکیدگی بلادر از ریسک بالایی برخوردار بودند که در اولویت بندی این خطرات توسط روش ahp خطر اشتعال پذیری با مقدار 0.05 بالاترین مقدار را داشت.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که برای ریسک های بالای کارخانه باید بر طبق استانداردها و روش های ایمن موانع کنترلی و اقدامات لازم و موثر برای مشاغل بحرانی صنایع لاستیک سازی صورت پذیرد.

HSE Hazard Analysis in Iran Yasa Rubber Industry Using the Approach HEMP& BOW-TIE

Background and Objective: The tire industry is a pivot point in the transportation fleet of any country, and Tire is considered as a strategic commodity, and with 15,000 people in the industry, it is one of the most powerful intermediary industries between petrochemicals and automobiles. The purpose of this study is to analyze hazards Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) of the YASA Rubber Industry is based on the combined approach of HEMP and BOWTIE.method: The HSE management team identifies risks and assesses the industry's risks. After identifying the level of unacceptable risks in the HEMP, Hierarchical Analyzes (AHP), high risk risks were prioritized, and BOWTIE software provided control measures and barriers.Findings: The findings of the study were that among the identified risks, the high volume of flammable materials, overloading operations with overhead cranes, electricity, load at height and fracturing were very high. The risk of ignition by AHP method was oboidizing these hazards. Patch with the value of 0.50 was the highest.Discussion and Conclusion: The results of the research indicated that for high risk of the factory, safe and effective control barriers and effective measures for the critical industries in the rubber industry should be carried out in accordance with the standards and procedures.
