مدل‌یابی علی علائم اختلال شخصیت مرزی بر اساس ناکامی در ارضای نیازهای روان‌شناختی: نقش میانجی کنترل بازداری

مقدمه: ناکامی در ارضای نیازهای روان شناختی یکی از علت های علائم اختلال شخصیت مرزی در نظر گرفته می شود و مکانیسم های این ارتباط چندان واضح نیست.هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مدل‌یابی علی علائم اختلال شخصیت مرزی بر اساس ناکامی در ارضای نیازهای روان شناختی با نقش میانجی کنترل بازداری انجام گرفت.روش: روش پژوهش حاضرتوصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 بودند که از این جامعه نمونه‌ای به حجم 153 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شد. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مقیاس  شخصیت مرزی (جکسون و کلاریچ، 1991)، پرسشنامه نیازهای بنیادین روان شناختی (گاردیا و همکاران، 2000) و آزمون برو/ نرو (هافمن، 1984) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزارهای   spss 28و smartpls3 انجام شد.یافته‌ ها: نتایج مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد ارضای نیازهای روان شاختی (0.001>p؛0.14-=β) و کنترل بازداری(0.001>p؛0.38-=β) اثر مستقیم و منفی بر علائم اختلال شخصیت مرزی دارد. ارضای نیازهای روان شناختی (0.001>p؛0.27=β) با اثر مثبت بر کنترل بازداری اثر غیر مستقیمی بر علائم اختلال شخصیت مرزی دارد.نتیجه ‌گیری: این نتایج نشان می دهد که ناکامی در ارضای نیازهای روان شناختی علاوه بر اینکه یک عامل خطر مستقل برای اختلال شخصیت مرزی است می‌تواند با کاهش کنترل بازداری منجر به بروز این علائم شود.

causal modeling of borderline personality disorder symptoms based on failure to satisfy psychological needs: the mediating role of inhibitory control

introduction: failure to satisfy psychological needs is considered one of the causes of borderline personality disorder symptoms, and the mechanisms of this relationship are not very clear.aim: the present study was conducted with the aim of causal modeling of borderline personality disorder symptoms based on failure to satisfy psychological needs with the mediating role of inhibitory control.method: the method of the present research was a description of the correlation type. the statistical population of the research was all undergraduate students of mohaghegh ardabili university in the academic year of 2020-2021, and a sample of 153 people was selected from this population using a multi-stage cluster random sampling method. in order to collect data, the borderline personality scale (jackson & claridge, 1991), the basic psychological needs questionnaire (guardia et al, 2000) and the go/no go  test (hoffman, 1984) were used. data analysis was done using structural equation modeling with spss 28 and smartpls3 software.results: the results of structural equation modeling showed that satisfaction of psychosocial needs (p<0.001; β=-0.14) and inhibitory control (p<0.001; β=-0.38) had a direct and negative effect on personality disorder symptoms. it has a border. satisfying psychological needs (p<0.001; β=0.27) has an indirect effect on the symptoms of borderline personality disorder with a positive effect on inhibitory control.conclusion: these results show that the failure to satisfy psychological needs, in addition to being an independent risk factor for borderline personality disorder, can lead to the occurrence of these symptoms by reducing inhibitory control.
