طراحی و بررسی ویژگی‌های روانسنجی مقیاس توسعه حرفه‌ای مشاوران

مقدمه: توسعه حرفه‌ای مشاوران به دنبال آموزش و مهارت‌آموزی، تجربه‌اندوزی و تخصص، نه فقط در یک زمینه، بلکه برای حال و آینده است.هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و بررسی ویژگی های روانسنجی مقیاس توسعه حرفه ای مشاوران انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر، طرح آمیخته اکتشافی و ساخت ابزار بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمام مشاوران مراکز مشاوره و روانشناسی شهر تهران در سال 1401 بود. تعداد نمونه به 12 مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته رسید که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت بررسی ویژگی های روانسنجی مقیاس توسعه حرفه ای مشاوران از روایی سازه و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد.یافته‌ ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد مقیاس توسعه حرفه ای مشاوران از اعتبار آلفای کرونباخ و روایی سازه مناسب در نمونه ای شامل  مشاوران مراکز مشاوره و روانشناسی شهر تهران برخوردار است.نتیجه‌ گیری: مقیاس توسعه حرفه ای مشاوران در چارچوب نظری 6 کد انتخابی براساس نظریه داده بنیاد طراحی و نتایج حاکی از اعتبار و روایی مطلوب ابزار حاضر بودند. پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولین آموزش عالی و سازمان نظام روان شناسی و مشاوره با در نظر گرفتن ابزار طراحی شده، بستر مناسب برای توسعه حرفه ای مشاوران را فراهم کنند. 

designing and study the psychometric properties of the “counselors’ professional development scale

introduction: the counselors’ professional development seeks education and skills training, experience, and expertise, not only in one field but for the present and the future.aim: the present research was conducted to design and study the psychometric properties of the “counselors’ professional development scale.method: the current research was a mixed exploratory design and tool making. the statistical population of this research included all counselors of counseling and psychology centers in tehran in 2022. the number of samples reached 12 semi-structured interviews, which were selected by purposive sampling. construct validity and cronbach’s alpha coefficient were used to examine the psychometric properties of the counselors’ professional development scale. results: the results of the present study showed that the counselors’ professional development scale has cronbach’s alpha reliability and adequate construct validity in a sample including counselors of counseling and psychology centers in tehran. conclusion: the counselors’ professional development scale in the theoretical framework of 6 selected codes based on the grounded theory was designed and the results indicate the desired reliability and validity of the present tool. it is suggested that the authorities of higher education and the organization of the psychology and counseling system consider the designed tool and provide a suitable platform for the professional development of counselors.keywords: counselors, development, professional, psychometric
