رابطه اجتناب تجربی با نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در پیش‌بینی گرایش مثبت به انجام عمل‌های زیبایی

مقدمه: امروزه جراحی زیبایی گزینه‌ای است برای بهبود کیفیت زندگی که در تمام دنیا استقبال و گرایش به آن رو به افزایش است.هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه اجتناب تجربی با نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در پیش‌بینی نگرش مثبت به انجام عمل‌های زیبایی در مراجعه‌کنندگان به پزشکان پوست، مو و زیبایی بود.روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل‌­یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مراجعه‌کنندگان به کلینیک‌ها و مطب‌های متخصصین پوست و مو و جراحی‌های زیبایی و پلاستیک شهر سنندج در سال 1400 بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت در دسترس بود. تعداد نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 272 نفر تعیین شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل: پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربی (2011)، نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (2005) و گرایش به جراحی زیبایی اعتمادی فرد و امانی (1392) بود. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره به شیوه‌ی همزمان و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss نسخه 26 و لیزرل نسخه 8/8 استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد بین اجتناب تجربی با نگرانی از تصویر بدن (r=0/59, p<0/01) و گرایش مثبت به عمل جراحی زیبایی (r=0/25, p<0/01) رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین نگرانی از تصویر بدن با گرایش به جراحی زیبایی (r=0/49, p<0/01) رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان دهنده مناسب بودن شاخص‌ها بوده و مدل از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود.نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد گرایش مثبت به عمل‌های جراحی زیبایی، توسط متغیرهای اجتناب تجربی و نگرانی از تصویر بدنی قابل پیش‌­بینی است؛ بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود روانشناسان و مشاوران جهت کاهش احتمال گرایش به عمل‌های جراحی زیبایی، نقش اجتناب تجربی و نگرانی از تصویر بدنی را مورد توجه قرار دهند.

the relationship between experimental avoidance with body image concern in predicting positive tendency to cosmetic surgery

introduction: today, cosmetic surgery is an option to improve the quality of life. it is acquiring an increasing tendency all over the world.aim: the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between experiential avoidance with body image concern in predicting positive attitude towards performing cosmetic surgery in referrals to the dermatologists, hair and cosmetologists.method: the research method was correlational, structural equation modeling. the statistical population included all the referrals to clinics of dermatologists and hair specialists, cosmetic and plastic surgeries in sanandaj city in 2021. the sample size was determined 272 people using morgan’s table. the research instruments included the standard questionnaires of experimental avoidance, attitude to cosmetic surgery, and the lillton body image concern. in order to analyze the data, statistical methods of pearson’s correlation coefficient, multivariate regression analysis in a simultaneous way, and structural equation modeling were used by applying spss version 26 and lisrel version 8.8 software.results: the results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between experimental avoidance with image concern (p<0.01, r=0.59), and positive tendency to cosmetic surgery (p<0.01, r=0.25). also, there is a positive and significant relationship between body image concern and cosmetic surgery (p<0.01, r=0.49). the data analysis shows the appropriateness of the indicators and the model had a good fit.conclusion: the result of the research showed that the positive tendency towards cosmetic surgery can be predicted by the variables of experimental avoidance and body image concern. therefore, it is suggested that psychologists and counselors pay more attention to the role of experimental avoidance and body image concern in order to reduce the possibility of the referrals tending to cosmetic surgeries.
