تهیه آزمون درک شنیداری فارسی و تعیین مختصات روانسنجی آن

مقدمه: برای سنجش مهارت درک شنیداری ابزارهای مختلفی وجود دارد که یکی از این ابزارها آزمون درک شنیداری ژتونی است. ازآنجایی‌که نسخه فارسی این آزمون غربالگری پرکاربرد برای سنجش اختلالات گفتار و زبان وجود ندارد، در این تحقیق بر آن شدیم تا آزمون درک شنیداری فارسی را با انطباق از آن تهیه نماییم. هدف: هدف از این پژوهش تهیه آزمون درک شنیداری فارسی منطبق و تعیین مختصات روانسنجی آن بود.روش: در این مطالعه ابزارسازی، ابتدا نسخه فارسی آزمون تهیه و روایی محتوایی تعیین شد. جهت بررسی ثبات درونی 188 فرد بزرگسال سالم (59 مرد و 129 زن) در بازه‌ی سنی 1880 سال در شهر تهران در سال 1396 انتخاب شدند. نمونه‌گیری از نوع تصادفی خوشه‌ای بود و افراد توسط آزمون‌های درک شنیداری فارسی، بررسی مختصر وضعیت شناختی و زیرآزمون حافظه عددی وکسلر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. جهت بررسی پایایی آزمون 10 نفر با فاصله‌ی یک هفته مورد ارزیابی مجدد قرار گرفتند. جهت بررسی تاثیرات سن و تحصیلات بر عملکرد افراد در آزمون درک شنیداری فارسی از روش رگرسیونی پواسن با انباشتگی در صفر استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: آزمون درک شنیداری فارسی با 36 سوال و نمره کل 36 تهیه شد. روایی محتوایی براساس لاواشه و پایایی آزمونبازآزمون، این آزمون به ترتیب 1 و 0/96 محاسبه شد (p<0/05). میانگین نمره ی کلی آزمون 34/8 با انحراف معیار 1/52 محاسبه شد. میانگین سن و تحصیلات و نمره آزمون وضعیت شناختی شرکت‌کنندگان به ترتیب اعداد 32/97، 13/95 و 29/22 بودند. درنهایت توزیع نمره کل آزمون دارای چولگی چپ و انباشتگی در نمره 36 بود.نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌ها، ‌آزمون درک شنیداری فارسی از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار است و ابزاری دقیق و مناسب برای ارزیابی درک شنیداری افراد بزرگسال و عملکرد افراد دارای آسیب‌های سیستم عصبی مرکزی به شمار می‌آید.

Preparation of Persian auditory comprehension test and determining its psychometric properties

Introduction: Various tools are utilized for determining auditory comprehension levels, one of which is the auditory comprehension token test. Since there rsquo;s no Persian equivalent for this widely used screening test, in this paper we have adapted it to create a Persian auditory comprehension test.Aim: The purpose of this research was creating an adapted Persian auditory comprehension test and determining its psychometric properties.Method: In the initial phase which was conducted in 2017, a preliminary Persian test was created and its content validity evaluated. To determine the internal stability of results; 188 adults (59 males and 129 females) from Tehran, aged 1880 were selected. This sampling was conducted using cluster based random selection and each individual was assessed with Persian auditory comprehension tests, mini mental state examination and Wechsler numerical memory subtest. In order to determine the test rsquo;s stability, 10 people were reevaluated after a oneweek interval. A poisson regression with 0 accumulation was used to investigate the effects of age and education on an individualchr('39')s performance in the Persian auditory comprehension test.Results: The Persian auditory comprehension test was created with 36 questions and a total score of 36. Content validity based on Lawshe and testretest reliability of the test were respectively calculated as 1 and 0.96 (with P<0.05). The tests grades have 34.8 mean and 1.52 variance. The mean of age, education and minimental status tests score of participants were respectively 32.97, 13.95 and 29.22. At last, the distribution of the tests total score had left skewness and accumulation in the score of 36.Conclusion: Based on the results, the Persian auditory comprehension test rsquo;s validity and stability are reasonable and it can be considered an accurate and appropriate tool for evaluating auditory comprehension in adults and performance of people with central nervous system disabilities.
