اثربخشی برنامه مداخلات روان‌شناختی با ربات هوشمند بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان دبستانی

مقدمه: سوء استفاده جنسی از کودکان مسئله مهم با عواقب شدید است که برنامه‌های آموزش مراقبت از خود، آگاهی، دانش و مهارت کودک در برابر از سوء استفاده جنسی افزایش می‌دهد.هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی برنامه مداخلات روان‌شناختی با ربات هوشمند بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان دبستانی بود.روش: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی، پیش و پس‌آزمون همراه با مورد شاهد بود. در این پژوهش نمونه آماری از این جامعه، نمونه‌ای مشتمل بر 80 کودک 12-8 ساله در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در گروه کنترل (40 نفر، 20 دختر و 20 پسر) و گروه آزمایش (40 نفر، 20 دختر و 20 پسر) تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش در برنامه مداخله روان‌شناختی با ربات در 10 جلسه شرکت کردند، درحالی‌که گروه کنترل در این جلسات شرکت نداشت. ابزار استفاده ‌ شده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه بومی‌ شده سنجش دانش و آگاهی کودکان از سوء استفاده جنسی طحان، افروز و بوالهری (1398) بود. اطلاعات به‌ دست ‌آمده در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس و اندازه‌گیری مکرر با نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 25 تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد مداخله روان‌شناختی با ربات هوشمند بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان تاثیر مثبتی داشته است (0/01>p). همچنین آموزش مراقبت های جنسی بر دانش افزایی کودکان در تشخیص لمس مناسب موثر بوده است (0/01>p).نتیجه‌گیری: مداخلات روان‌شناختی با ربات بر مراقبت‌های خوب جنسی کودکان موثر است و می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش درمانی مورد توجه مشاوران، روانشناسان و مسئولین قرار گیرد.

The effectiveness of smart robot psychological intervention program on good sexual care for elementary school children

Introduction: Child sexual abuse is a serious issue with serious consequence. Selfcare education programs can improve children rsquo;s awareness, knowledge, and skills to defend themselves against sexual abuseAim: The purpose of this study was to effectiveness of the program of psychological intervention with smart robot on good sexual care of primary school children.Method: The study was carried out as a quasiexperimental study with pretest and posttest design and a control group. The sample group consisted of 80 students (812 years old) in 2019 year, who were selected through cluster random sampling and randomly allocated to control groups (20 girls and 20 boys) and experiment groups (20 girls and 20 boys). The experiment groups attended a psychological intervention program with a robot in 10 sessions. The control group received no intervention. The tool used in the study was an endogenized questionnaire by Lezli Tuti (1995) to measure knowledge and awareness of children about sexual abuse. The questionnaire was filled out for the participants in pretest, posttest, and followup stages. The collected data was analyzed using repeated measures ANCOVA in SPSS (v.25).Results: The results showed that psychological intervention with a smart robot had a positive effect on good sexual care of children (P <0.01). In addition, the sexual care was effective in increasing knowledge of the children to tell a good touch (P<0.01).Conclusion: Psychological intervention using a robot was an effective way to improve sexual care in children. Therefore, this method can be used by consultant, psychologists, and authorities as a therapeutic method.
