بررسی اثربخشی روش درمانی روان نمایشگری بر بهبود تحول اخلاقی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ نقص توجه

مقدمه: اعتقاد بر این است که قضاوت اخلاقی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ نقص توجه دارای نقص است، این کودکان در ظرفیت قضاوت اخلاقی دارای کمبود هستند و این نقص، تعامل را با دیگران دشوار می سازد.هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی روش درمانی روان نمایشگری بر تحول اخلاقی کودکان دارای اختلال بیش فعالی/ نقص توجه انجام شد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات نیمه آزمایشی بود. جامعه آماری آن کودکان 7 تا 12 سال مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ نقص توجه که جهت درمان به کلینیک های درمانی شهر شیراز در سال 1398 مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد 30 نفر از این کودکان که توسط روان پزشک بیماری آنان مورد تایید قرار گرفته بود، به عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش گمارش شدند. سپس آزمودنی ها آزمون قضاوت اخلاقی ﺳﯿﻨﻬﺎ و ورﻣﺎ را تکمیل کردند و نمرات آن‌ها به عنوان پیش‌ آزمون انتخاب شد. گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه آموزش گروهی به صورت هفته ای 1/5 ساعت تحت مداخله ی روان نمایشگری قرار گرفتند. افراد گروه کنترل، هیچ مداخله‌ ای دریافت نکردند. در پایان مداخله از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شد. بعد از 2 ماه هر دو گروه، پیگیری شدند. داده ها با آزمون تحلیل کواریانس یک طرفه، با نرم افزار spss 22 ارزیابی شد.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که روش درمانی روان نمایشگری بر بهبود تحول اخلاقی در کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ نقص توجه موثر است (0/005>p).نتیجه‌ گیری: با توجه به یافته ها از درمان روان نمایشگری می توان به عنوان مداخله ای موثر بر بهبود تحول اخلاقی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال بیش فعالی/ نقص توجه بهره برد.

The effectiveness of psychodrama techniques in improving the moral development of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

Introduction: It is believed that the moral development of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is defective. These children are deficient in moral judgment, making it difficult for them to interact with others.Aim: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of psychodrama techniques in improving the moral development of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Method: The research method is a quasiexperimental study. The statistical population of this study consist of all children aged 7 to12 years with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder who have been referred to Shiraz medical clinics in 2019 for treatment. Thirty children from the aforementioned population whose ADHD diagnosis were confirmed by a psychiatrist were selected as subjects and were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups. Then the subjects were asked to complete the Sinha Verma rsquo;s moral judgment test and their scores were considered as pretest scores. Then the experimental group received an intervention of psychodrama techniques for 1.5 hours per week for a duration of 8 weeks; while the control group did not receive any intervention. At the end of the intervention, both groups were asked to complete a posttest and were followed up 2 months after the intervention. The data are analyzed using oneway analysis of covariance in SPSS22 software.Results: The findings demonstrate that psychodrama techniques were effective on improving the moral development of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (P<0.005).Conclusion: According to the findings, psychodrama techniques can be used as an effective intervention to improve the moral development of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
