بررسی اثر‌بخشی آموزش تکتیک‌های رفتاردرمانی در بهبودی و افزایش ارتباط اجتماعی و تعامل اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان درخودمانده

مقدمه: کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم در مهارت‌های اجتماعی با مشکلات فراوانی روبه‌رو هستند.هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تکتیک ‌های رفتاردرمانی در بهبودی و افزایش ارتباط اجتماعی و تعامل اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان درخودمانده بود.روش: این پژوهش با روش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون پس‌آزمون با یک گروه کنترل اجرا شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان با اختلال درخودماندگی 7 تا 12 سال مراجعه‌ کننده به مرکز اختلالات طلوع شهر قاینات در سال 1397 بود. از میان آن‌ها 16 دانش‌آموز درخودمانده، به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. آزمودنی‌ها تحت 9 جلسه تکتیک ‌های رفتاردرمانی براساس پروتکل aba (به مدت 2 ماه) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش مقیاس درجه‌بندی اوتیسم گیلیام (گارز3) (2014) بود که قبل و بعد از مداخله توسط والدین دانش‌آموزان تکمیل شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌ شده با نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 22 و آمار استنباطی ضریب همبستگی و آزمون t مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که تکتیک‌های رفتاردرمانی در بهبودی و افزایش ارتباط اجتماعی و تعامل اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان درخودمانده منجر شد (p<0/05).نتیجه‌گیری: لذا می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تکتیک ‌های رفتاردرمانی برای ارتقای ظرفیت و بهبود دانش ‌آموزان درخودمانده می‌تواند روش موثری باشد. این موضوع خود موید این نکته است که نباید این دانش‌آموزان را بدون یک برنامه آموزشی مدون و متناسب با نیازهای هر کودک، به حال خود رها نمود.

Investigating the effectiveness of behavioral therapy tactics training in improving and increasing social communication and social interaction in students

Introduction: Children with autism spectrum disorder have many problems with social skills.Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of behavioral therapy tactics training in improving and increasing social communication and social interaction in autism students.Method: This study was performed by a semiexperimental method of pretest and posttest with a control group. The statistical population included all students with autism with 7 to 12 years of age who referred to the Tolo Center for Disorders in Ghaeat in 2018. Out of them, 16 autism students were selected by available sampling method. Subjects underwent 9 sessions of behavioral therapy tactics based on the ABA protocol (for 2 months). The research tool was Gilliam Autism Scale (Garz3) (2014), which was completed before and after the intervention by the parents of the students. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software version 22 and inferential statistics, correlation coefficient and ttest.Results: The results showed that behavioral therapy techniques led to improvement and increased social interaction and social interaction in autism students (P<0.05).Conclusion: Therefore, it can be concluded that behavioral therapy techniques can be an effective way to improve the capacity and improve students in the self. This in itself confirms that these students should not be left alone without a wellcodified curriculum that fits the needs of each child.
