بررسی رابطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اضطراب امتحان

مقدمه: اضطراب امتحان یکی از شایع‌ترین مشکلات روانی که نقش مخرب و بازدارنده‌ای در سلامت روانی و آموزشی دانش‌آموزان که می‌تواند عملکرد فرد را مختل کند و منجر به عدم موفقیت در امتحان گردد.هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه طرحواره‌ های ناسازگار اولیه و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در دانش‌ آموزان مبتلا به اضطراب امتحان صورت گرفت.روش: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه دانش‌ آموزانی مبتلا به اضطراب امتحان مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش شهر قاینات در سال 1397 بودند (100 نفر)؛ که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ‌ها به پرسشنامه طرحواره ‌های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (2005)، مقیاس ترس از ارزیابی منفی لیری (1983) پاسخ دادند. داده‌های جمع ‌آوری شده با نرم‌ افزار spss نسخه 25 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین طرحواره ‌های ناسازگار اولیه و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در دانش‌ آموزان مبتلا به اضطراب امتحان رابطه وجود دارد (0/05

Investigating the relationship between early maladaptive schemes and fear of negative evaluation in students with test anxiety

Introduction: Test anxiety is one of the most common psychological problems that plays a destructive and deterrent role in students' mental and educational health, which can impair a person's performance and lead to failure in the exam.Aim: The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and fear of negative evaluation in students with test anxiety.Method: The present study is a correlational correlation. The statistical population of the study included all students with test anxiety who referred to Ghaenat Education Counseling Center in 2018 (100 people). Who were purposefully selected. Subjects responded to the Young Inconsistent Schema Schedule Questionnaire (2005), the Scale Scale of Lieri Negative Assessment (1983). The data collected were analyzed using SPSS software version 25.Results: The results showed that there is a relationship between early maladaptive schemas and fear of negative evaluation in students with test anxiety. (P<0.05)Conclusion: The results showed that early maladaptive schemas and fear of negative evaluation play an important role in students' test anxiety.
