بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای نگرش‌های ناکارآمد در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و نشانگان بالینی در بیماران مبتلا به میگرن

مقدمه: مطالعات انجام شده در خصوص بیماری روان‌تنی میگرن نشان دهنده مزمن بودن این بیماری است و در این پژوهش نقش واسطه‌ای نگرش‌های ناکارآمد در رابطه بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و نشانگان بالینی افراد میگرنی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است.هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای نگرش‌های ناکارآمد در رابطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و نشانگان بالینی در افراد مبتلا به میگرن است.روش: روش پژوهش از نوع تحلیل مسیر است. در خصوص این پژوهش باید اشاره کرد که جامعه مورد مطالعه افراد میگرنی شهر مشهد بوده که 96 مرد و 161 زن و نمونه‌گیری به گونه در دسترس انجام شده است. از این نمونه 257 پرسشنامه‌های خود را به پژوهشگر تحویل دادند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های طرحواره یانگ (فرم کوتاه)، پرسشنامه das26 و پرسشنامه (dass21) استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که مسیرهای غیرمستقیم مدل معنادار است و این حاکی از معنی‌داری (0/05>p) نقش واسطه‌ای نگرش‌های ناکارآمد در ارتباط بین طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و نشانگان بالینی در مبتلایان به میگرن است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که نگرش‌های ناکارآمد نقش واسطه‌ای میان طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و نشانگان بالینی افراد میگرنی دارد. لذا در افراد مبتلا به میگرن می‌توان با استفاده از روش روان‌شناختی نگرش‌های ناکارآمد این افراد را منعطف کرد و این مهم به نوبه خود در بهبود نشانگان بالینی میگرن این افراد موثر خواهد بود.

Investigating the mediating role of dysfunctional attitudes on the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and clinical symptoms in migraine patients

Introduction: Studies on migraine psychiatric disease indicate that the disease is chronic and in this study the mediating role of dysfunctional attitudes on the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and clinical syndrome of migraineurs has been studied.Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating role of dysfunctional attitudes in relation to early maladaptive schemas and clinical syndrome in people with migraine.Method: The research method is path analysis. Regarding this study, it should be noted that the study population was Migrants of Mashhad with 96 males and 161 females and sampling was available. From this sample, 257 questionnaires were submitted to the researcher. Yang Schema Questionnaire(short form)،DAS26 and DASS21 questionnaires were used in this study.Results: The findings showed that indirect pathways of the model are significant and this indicates a significant (P<0.05) mediating role of dysfunctional attitudes in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and clinical syndrome in migraine patients.Conclusion: The results showed that dysfunctional attitudes play a mediating role between early maladaptive schemas and clinical symptoms of migraine. Therefore, in patients with migraine, the dysfunctional attitudes of these individuals can be adjusted using the psychological method and this in turn will be effective in improving the clinical symptoms of migraine.
