بررسی مقایسه‌ای اختلالات شخصیت بین زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاور خانواده و زوجین غیر متقاضی طلاق شهر سنندج

مقدمه:شخصیت تاثیرات پایداری بر روابط زناشویی دارد و برخی از ویژگی های شخصیتی تنش ‌ها و تعارضات را بین زوجین افزایش می‌ دهد.هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مقایسه‌ای میزان اختلال شخصیت در زوجین متقاضی طلاق و زوجین غیر متقاضیان طلاق شهرستان سنندج انجام شد.روش: مطالعه حاضر علی مقایسه‌ای بوده و جامعه مورد مطالعه زوجین متقاضی و غیر متقاضی طلاق می‌باشند. 55 نفر متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاور به روش نمونه ‌گیری در دسترس و 55 غیر متقاضی طلاق به روش نمونه ‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای در سال 1397 انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه میلون iii را تکمیل نمودند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار 21 spss و با آزمون آماری تی مستقل و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه تجزیه ‌و تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در بین زوجین متقاضی طلاق و زوجین غیر متقاضی طلاق مقیاس‌های بدنمایی، افشاگری، مطلوبیت، اسکیزوئید، دوری گزین، افسردگی، وابسته، نمایشی، خودشیفته، منفی ‌گرا، خودآزار، اسکیزوتایپال، مرزی، اختلال اضطرابی، افسرده خویی، استرس پس از ضربه، اختلال تفکر، افسردگی اساسی و اختلال هذیانی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (p<0/05)؛ اما در مقیاس‌های الگوی ضداجتماعی، دیگرآزاری، وسواسی، پارانوئید، شبه جسمی، مانیک، وابستگی به الکل و وابستگی به دارو تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود ندارد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت اختلال شخصیت در متقاضیان طلاق و بالا بودن آمار طلاق در جامعه، آموزش و نمایش روان‌شناختی برای بالا بردن آگاهی و کاهش آمار طلاق ضروری می‌نماید.

A comparative study of personality disorder between demanding and no demanding divorce couples attending family counseling center in Sanandaj

Introduction: Personality has a lasting effect on marital relationships and some personality traits increase tensions and conflicts among couples and these conflicts can threaten the continuation of marital life. Aim: Considering the increasing divorce rate and the importance of personality disorder in this study, the aim of this study was to compare the level of personality disorder in couples applying for divorce referring to counseling centers and nonapplicants for divorce in Sanandaj. The present research is a comparative study.Method: The present study is a comparative study and the study population is the couples seeking and nonapplying for divorce. 55 divorce applicants were selected through convenience sampling and 55 nondivorce applicants were selected by multistage cluster sampling in 2019and completed the Millon III questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software using independent ttest and oneway ANOVA.Results: The results of this study showed that among couples applying for divorce and divorced couples, disclosure, desirability, schizoid, distraction, depression, affiliated, demonstrative, selfish, negative, selfish, schizotypal, borderline, anxiety disorder, Depressed mood, post traumatic stress, thinking disorder, major depression and delusional disorder (p<0.05). However, there are no significant differences in the scales of antisocial, anxiety, obsession, paranoid, pseudophysical, manic, alcohol and drug dependence.Conclusion: According to the results of the research, the significance of the most of the dimensions of personality disorder in divorce applicants and the high divorce rates in society, education and the creation of appropriate psychological treatments for increasing the knowledge and treatment of couples and reducing the divorce rate is necessary.
