روابط ساختاری سیستم‌های مغزی - رفتاری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با ولع مصرف ماری‌جوانا در دانش‌آموزان

مقدمه: اعتیاد به مواد مخدر، بیماری روانی عودکننده و مزمنی است که توام با اختلالات انگیزشی شدید و از دست دادن تسلط رفتاری است و منجر به ویرانی شخصیت می ‌شود.هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی روابط ساختاری سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان با ولع مصرف ماری‌جوانا در دانش‌ آموزان است.روش: پژوهش حاضر یک بررسی همبستگی بوده، از جامعه دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر تهران، 200 مشارکت‌کننده (102 پسر و 98 دختر) که با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه ‌ای انتخاب شدند به مقیاس سیستم های بازداری/ فعال‌سازی رفتاری کارور و وایت، مقیاس دشواری در تنظیم هیجان (ders) و مقیاس ولع مصرف پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ‌ها از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: ارزیابی مدل فرضی پژوهش با استفاده از شاخص‌های برازندگی نشان داد که مدل فرضی با مدل اندازه‌گیری، برازش دارد (0/96=cfi، 0/96=ifi، 0/045=rmsea). نتایج نشان داد که سیستم فعال‌سازی و بازداری رفتاری بر دشواری در تنظیم هیجان و دشواری در تنظیم هیجان بر وسوسه مصرف به ترتیب با ضرایب استاندارد (0/20، 0/21، 0/64) تاثیر دارد.نتیجه‌ گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که دشواری در تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری و وسوسه مصرف ماری‌جوانا نقش واسطه‌ای دارد. توجه به این مکانیسم تاثیر، در تدوین مداخلات پیشگیرانه و درمانی کارآمد برای اعتیاد به مصرف مواد می ‌تواند موثر باشد.

Structural relations of brain- behavioral systems and emotion regulation difficulties with craving of marijuana in students

Introduction: Drug addiction is a recurrent and chronic mental illness that is associated with severe motivational disorders and loss of behavioral control, leading to personality disorder.Aim: Present study aims to evaluation of Structural relations of brainbehavioral systems and Emotion regulation difficulties with craving of marijuana in students.Method: This research was a correlation, study 200 individuals (102 male and 98 female) of School students of Tehran selected by clustering sampling and answered to following questionnaires: Carver and White's Behavioral Inhibition Activation Scale, Difficulties in emotion regulation scale and craving of marijuana in students rsquo; questionnaire. For data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling technique was used.Results: The evaluation of hypothetical model with fit indexes demonstrated that the hypothetical model fits the measurement model (CFI=0.96, NFI=0.96, and RMSEA=0.045). Structural relations analysis also showed brainbehavioral systems indirectly affect through emotional dysregulation over craving of marijuana and also the results showed that the emotional dysregulation has a direct relation to craving of marijuana.Conclusion: Thus, based on current research findings, it can be concluded that Emotion regulation difficulties has a mediating role in relationship Structural relations of brainbehavioral systems and craving of marijuana. Considering these dimensions and the effectiveness of the employed mechanisms can be useful in developing efficacious preventive and therapeutic interventions for craving of marijuana.
