نقش واسطه ای هوش هیجانی در رابطه جو عاطفی خانواده با انگیزش پیشرفت

مقدمه : انگیزش پیشرفت حالتی از یادگیری شخصیتی است که افراد را ترغیب می کند برای موفقیت، خشنودی و استانداردهای شخصی عالی تلاش کند.هدف:هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه ای هوش هیجانی در رابطه بین جوعاطفی خانواده و انگیزشپیشرفت بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز شامل دانش آموزان دختر مدارس دولتی دوره دوم متوسطه منطقه 3 شهر تهران بود که از این بین، 330 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب و به پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بارآن (1980) ، پرسشنامه جوعاطفی خانواده هیل برن (1964) و پرسشنامه انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس(1970) پاسخ گفتند. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج آزمون تحلیل مسیر نتایج نشان داد که مدل مورد استفاده پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. نتایج مدل نیز نشان داد که جو عاطفی خانواده با هوش هیجانی و انگیزش پیشرفت رابطه مثبت مستقیم(p<0/01) دارد. هوش هیجانی با انگیزش پیشرفت رابطه مستقیم(p<0/01) دارد. در نهایت نتایج نشان داد که هوش هیجانی در رابطه بین جوعاطفی خانواده و انگیزش پیشرفت نقش واسطه ای (p<0/05)دارد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش شواهدی فراهم می آورد که هوش هیجانی و جو عاطفی خانواده قادر به پیش بینی انگیزش پیشرفت بوده است و این یافته می تواند گامی در جهت شناخت بیشتر ماهیت انگیزش پیشرفت محسوب شود.

Introduction: Achievementmotivation is a state of personality learning that persuade people to trying for success, happiness and high personal standards.Objective:The aim of present study was to investigate thehe mediating role of of emotional intelligence in the relationship between Family emotional climate and achievement Motivation.Method:This research is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the study included female secondary school students in district 3 of Tehran, 330 of them were randomly selected as cluster sampling method and assigned to Bar An Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (1980), HillBurn Family Questionnaire Questionnaire (1964) and Hermann's Motivation Development Questionnaire (1970). The results of the path analysis showed that the model used was desirable.Results:The results of the model also showed that the emotional state of the family with Emotional intelligence and the motivation to progress is directly related (p <0.01).Emotional intelligence with direct motivation is a direct relationship (p <0.01).Emotional intelligence has a mediator role in the relationship between family morbidity and progressive motivation (p <0.01).Conclusion: The result of this study provide evidence that emotional intelligence and family emotional climate have been able to predict echievement motivation and this result can be considered a step towards a better understanding of the nature of the echievement motivation.Keywords: Emotional intelligence, Family emotional climate, Echievement Motivation.
