شناسایی و اعتبارسنجی عوامل موثر بر اشتراک دانش معلمان از طریق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (Ict)

هدف: هدف پژوهش شناسایی و اعتبارسنجی عوامل موثر بر اشتراک‌دانش معلمان از طریق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات ict)) می‌باشد. روش‌پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به روش توصیفی پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان زن و مرد شاغل به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 در دوره کارشناسی ناپیوسته پردیس رسالت دانشگاه فرهنگیان زاهدان به تعداد 967 نفر بودند که براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 140 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه به‌روش تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شد. روایی ابزار با استفاده از دیدگاه صاحب‌نظران و آزمون تحلیل‌عاملی سنجیده و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 97% محاسبه گردید. یافته‌ها: آزمون t تک‌نمونه نشان داد تمامی گویه‌ها از دیدگاه معلمان با اهمیت ارزیابی شده است. نتایج آزمون t گروه‌های مستقل و تحلیل واریانس یک‌راهه نشان داد تفاوت معناداری در زمینه عوامل‌فردی (2.671=t) و عوامل‌سازمانی(2.026=t) وجود دارد. همچنین آزمون توکی تفاوت معناداری بین رشته‌های تحصیلی مختلف در زمینه عوامل موثر بر اشتراک‌دانش معلمان از طریق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات را نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: معلمان دیدگاه مثبتی نسبت به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش خود از طریق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ict) دارند. بنابراین مدیران آموزش و پرورش باید با ارزش‌گذاری بر اهمیت به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش، آموزش و استفاده از پتانسیل معلمان با تجربه و در اختیار نهادن زیرساخت‌های فناوری، به معلمان در به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش خود از طریق فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات کمک نمایند.

Conclusion: Teachers have a positive view of sharing their knowledge through information and communication technology (ICT). Therefore, education managers should value the importance of sharing knowledge, Education And the use of the potential of experienced teachers and the provision of technology infrastructure, Helping teachers share their knowledge through ICT.
