آموزش و ترویج مهارت‌های شهروندی از طریق کتابخانه‌های عمومی

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر کتابخانه‌های عمومی بر آموزش و ترویج مهارت‌های شهروندی از دیدگاه مدیران کتابخانه‌های عمومی بود. روش: روش پژوهش از نوع پپیمایشی-تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران کتابخانه‌های عمومی وابسته به نهاد کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر تهران به تعداد 45 نفر در تابستان 1396 بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. یافته‌ها: شاخص اهمیت آموزش و ترویج مهارت‌های شهروندی از سوی کتابخانه‌های عمومی و نیز اثرگذاری کتابخانه‌ها در این زمینه بیشترین پاسخ‌ها را به خود اختصاص داده است. از میان روش‌ها و شیوه‌های موثر در ترویج و آموزش مهارت‌های شهروندی در کتابخانه‌های عمومی از نظر مدیران، نمایش کتاب‌های مرتبط و برگزاری دورۀ مهارت‌های سواد اطلاعاتی از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نهادهای آموزشی مانند کتابخانه و مراکز اطلاعاتی سهم و نقش بسیار مهمی در ترویج و آموزش مهارت‌های شهروندی دارند. همچنین تنوع در ارائه انواع خدمات می‌تواند در ارتقای انواع مهارت‌های شهروندی موثر واقع شود.

Training and Promoting Citizenship Skills through Public Libraries

Aim: The purpose of this research was determining the impact of public libraries on educating and training of citizenship skills on the viewpoint of the library managers. Methodology: The research method was descriptive analytical survey. The samples were 45 library managers of public libraries from Tehran public libraries affiliated to country’s public libraries institution. The information gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire. Findings: Self confidant and national and local identity by 1 score, participation in national and local societies by 2, commitment to justice and social justice by 3, learning to recognize and act by 4, familiarity and using new technologies bu 5 scores alternatively re the main priorities of the samples. Conclusion: Results showed that there is a meaningful relationship between different age groups and citizenship skills, there is a meaningful relation between librarian’s educational level and promotion of citizenship skills. Also findings showed that there is not meaningful relationship between longitude of service and influencing the libraries and finally the libraries have an important impact on citizen skills in all aspects.
