آیا کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی از شبکه‌های اجتماعی برای اشتراک دانش استفاده می‌کنند؟: یک مطالعه کیفی

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش بررسی چگونگی به‌کارگیری شبکه‌های اجتماعی برای اشتراک دانش توسط کاربران و مراجعه‌کنندگان کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر کرمان است.روش‌شناسی: در این پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه زمینه‌ای استفاده‌شده است. جامعه پژوهش حاضر همه کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر کرمان است و نمونه‌ پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری متوالی نظری انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌های موردنیاز این پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته با مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش گردآوری‌ شده است. برای تعیین روایی و پایایی پژوهش حاضر از روش ارزیابی لینکولن و گوبا که معادل روایی و پایایی در تحقیقات کمی است، استفاده گردید. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها براساس روش رمزگذاری نظری طی سه مرحله رمزگذاری باز، رمزگذاری محوری و رمزگذاری انتخابی انجام‌شده و سپس با استفاده از شیوه‌های منظم گردآوری داده‌ها به تشخیص مقوله‌های واقعی و مضمون‌های علمی پرداخته شده که طی آن 64 گزاره مفهومی استخراج و در نهایت بر اساس آن‌ها به تجزیه و تحلیل مضامین واقعی پرداخته شد. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که درحال‌حاضر کاربران کتابخانه‌های عمومی شهر کرمان شبکه‌های اجتماعی را جهت اشتراک دانش، تجارب، ایده‌ها، انجام فعالیت‌های گروهی، سرگرمی و پرکردن اوقات فراغت مورداستفاده قرار می‌دهند اما به‌طورکلی دیدگاهی منفی از سوی این افراد نسبت به کاربرد شبکه‌های اجتماعی وجود دارد؛ البته در‌عین‌حال ارتباطات براساس توطیع و اشتراک دانش در این حیطه به چشم می‌خورد.

Explain how to use social networks for knowledge sharing by users of public libraries: A qualitative study

Aim: The aim of this study was to examine how social networks for knowledge sharing by users public libraries of the city of Kerman.Methodology: In this study of qualitative approach and methodology underlying theory is used. The study population Kerman All user’s public libraries and sample using theoretical sampling were selected consecutively. Data for this study were collected through semistructured interviews with the participants in this study. To determine the validity and reliability study of Lincoln and Guba assess the validity and reliability of quantitative research was used. Data is encrypted on the basis of theoretical analysis in three stages open encryption, encryption key and encryption selection and then using regular methods of collecting data to identify real issues and scientific themes addressed during the 64 propositions concept finally, based on the extraction and analysis of the real issues were discussed.Findings and Results: The findings showed that current users of public libraries in Kerman social networks to share knowledge, experiences, ideas, group activities, entertainment and leisure time are used but generally negative views of the people of the functioning of social networks, but at the same time based communication and sharing of knowledge in this area exists.
