آسیب شناسی نسل چهارم اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه مدیران بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان: یک مطالعه کیفی

زمینه و هدف: ارزشیابی بیمارستان‌ها با الگوی اعتباربخشی و اخذ نظرات و پیشنهادات مدیران مراکز جهت ارتقاء روزافزون الگوهای موجود ضروری می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف آسیب‌شناسی نسل چهارم اعتبار‌بخشی از دیدگاه مدیران بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه از نوع کیفی و با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا در سال 1401 انجام ‌شد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل 26 نفر از مدیران ارشد و میانی 8 بیمارستان‌ منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان بودند. نمونه‌گیری به شکل هدفمند انجام گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا و به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار 12 maxqda انجام‌پذیرت. یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج، چالش‌‌های مرتبط با ارزیابان، بیمارستان‌ها، زمان ارزیابی، ماهیت سنجه‌ها، کارشناسان ستادی دانشگاه و نهایتاً مرتبط با اعلام نتایج به‌عنوان مضامین اصلی از آسیب‌شناسی نسل چهارم اعتباربخشی از دیدگاه مدیران ارشد و میانی ارائه شد. از بین عوامل فوق‌الذکر چالش‌های مرتبط با بیمارستان‌ها، ارزیابان و مرتبط با کارشناسان ستادی دانشگاه بالاترین فراوانی را نسبت به چالش‌های مرتبط بازمان ارزیابی، ماهیت سنجه‌ها و اعلام نتایج به خود اختصاص می‌دادند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های این پژوهش پس از آسیب‌شناسی روش اعتبار‌بخشی نسل چهارم مشخص گردید هر یک از حیطه‌های اعتباربخشی مرتبط با ارزیابان، بیمارستان‌ها، زمان ارزیابی، ماهیت سنجه‌ها، کارشناسان ستادی دانشگاه و نهایتاً اعلام نتایج به‌اندازه کافی موردتوجه قرار‌نگرفته‌است. لذا پیشنهاد می‌گردد این موارد در بازنگری‌های آینده استانداردها و سنجه‌های اعتباربخشی از سوی مسئولین مربوطه لحاظ گردد.

pathology of the fourth generation of accreditation from the point of view of managers of selected hospitals of hamadan university of medical sciences: a qualitative study

background:it is necessary to evaluate the hospitals with the accreditation model and obtain the opinions and suggestions of the managers of the centers in order to improve the existing models more and more. the present study has been carried out with the aim of the fourth generation pathology of accreditation from the point of view of managers of selected hospitals of hamedan university of medical sciences. methods: this research is a qualitative study with a content analysis approach, which was done in 2022. in order to collect data, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used. the research community included 26 senior and middle managers of selected 8 hospitals of hamadan university of medical sciences. sampling was done purposefully.the data was analyzed by content analysis using maxqda 12 software. results: according to the results, the challenges related to evaluators, hospitals, evaluation time, the nature of metrics, university staff experts and finally related to the announcement of the results were presented as the main themes of the pathology of the fourth generation of accreditation from the point of view of senior and middle managers. among the aforementioned factors, the challenges related to hospitals, evaluators and university staff experts had the highest frequency compared to the challenges related to the evaluation time, the nature of the metrics, and the announcement of the results. conclusion: according to the findings of this research, after the pathology of the fourth generation accreditation method, it was determined that each of the accreditation areas related to evaluators, hospitals, evaluation time, the nature of metrics, university staff experts and finally the announcement of the results have not been sufficiently considered. therefore, it is suggested that these cases be included in the future revisions of accreditation standards and criteria by the relevant officials.
