بررسی رابطه معیارهای مدیریت دانش با میزان توسعه یافتگی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور

زمینه و هدف: مدیریت دانش سازمان‌ها را قادر خواهد ساخت تا با بهره‌گیری از هوش و مهارت کارکنان توانمندی‌های خود را ارتقا دهند. مدیریت دانش بر ارتقا عملکرد سازمانی و توسعه‌ی آن تاثیر دارد. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه معیارهای مدیریت دانش با میزان توسعه یافتگی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور انجام شد. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه توصیفیتحلیلی است که به صورت مقطعی در سال 1399 انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور بودند که حجم نمونه 377 نفر برآورد گردید. از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای استفاده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها شامل پرسشنامه های استاندارد مدیریت دانش لاوسن و توسعه یافتگی آندش و همکاران بودند که روایی و پایایی آن‌ها بررسی و تایید شد داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با کمک نرم افزار spss 22 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی آزمون t تک متغیره و آنووا مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمره مدیریت دانش در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور، بیشتر از سطح متوسط بود که بالاترین و پایین‌ترین میانگین به ترتیب مربوط به ابعاد دانش آفرینی و ذخیره دانش بود. همچنین میانگین توسعه‌یافتگی متوسط به بالا بود که بالاترین و پایین‌ترین میانگین به ترتیب مربوط به ابعاد امکانات آموزشی دانشجویان و امکانات آموزشی و پژوهشی دانشگاه بود. همچنین بین مدیریت دانش و ابعاد آن به جز بعد دانش آفرینی با میزان توسعه یافتگی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه کلی این مطالعه نشان داد سطح توسعه یافتگی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور در سطح متوسط به بالا بوده‌است. با توجه به اینکه مدیریت دانش بر توسعه یافتگی دانشگاه‌ها تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد، توجه بیشتر به مدیریت دانش می‌تواند به رشد توسعه یافتگی دانشگاه‌ها کمک نماید.

Investigating the Relationship between Knowledge Management Criteria and the Level of Development in Medical Universities

Background: Knowledge management helps organizations to improve their capabilities using the intelligence and skills of employees. Knowledge management impacts the improvement of organizational performance and its development. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the relationship between knowledge management criteria and the level of development in medical universities.Methods: This was a descriptive, analytical, and crosssectional study conducted in 2020. The statistical population was all the faculty members of medical universities with a sample size of 377 people. A multistage cluster sampling method was used. Data collection tools included Lawson rsquo;s knowledge management questionnaire and the development questionnaire of Andesh et al. whose validity and reliability were assessed and confirmed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22 software through descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics of univariate ttest and ANOVA.Results: Results showed that the mean score of knowledge management in medical universities was more than average. The highest and lowest mean were related to the dimensions of knowledge creation and knowledge storage, respectively. Furthermore, the mean of development was moderate to high. The highest and lowest mean were related to the dimensions of students #39; educational facilities and university #39;s education and research facilities, respectively. In addition, there was a significant relationship between knowledge management and its dimensions, except for the knowledge creation dimension, and the level of development.Conclusion: The overall result of this study indicated that the development level in the country rsquo;s medical universities has been at a moderate to high level. Since knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the development of universities, more attention to knowledge management can be useful in the universities rsquo; development.
