الگوی فرایندی خلق مشترک ارزش در اکوسیستم خدمات سلامت

زمینه و هدف: داشتن رویکرد فراگیر و تبیین نقش و شیوه مشارکت بازیگران در اکوسیستم خدمات سلامت عاملی حیاتی در حوزه بهداشت و درمان به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی فرایندی خلق مشترک ارزش در اکوسیستم خدمات سلامت تبیین گردیده است.روش‌ پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی پیمایشی و با روش کیفی 2 مرحله‌ای انجام گردیده است. ابتدا با استفاده از روش مروری نظام‌مند، مبانی نظری 23 مقاله و گزارش علمی در مبانی نظری خلق مشترک ارزش در حوزه سلامت مرور شد و الگوی اولیه طراحی گردید و سپس برای تایید و تکمیل عوامل شناسایی شده در مرحله اول، با 10 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و حرفه‌ای آشنا به مفهوم هم‌آفرینی ارزش در حوزه سلامت از طریق ترکیب نمونه‌گیری هدفمند قضاوتی و زنجیره‌ای انتخاب و با آن‌ها مصاحبه انجام گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات حاصل از این مصاحبه‌ها نیز با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفت.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش 3 مقوله و 54 زیرمقوله در سطوح اکوسیستم سلامت استخراج گردید. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، الگوی نهایی در 3 مرحله آمادگی فرایندی، شبکه ارزش فرایندی و دستاوردهای فرایندی در 3 سطح خرد، متوسط و کلان طراحی شد و بر اساس آن، کارکردها و وظایف نقش‌آفرینان در اکوسیستم خدمات سلامت تبیین گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: وضوح نقش بازیگران و کسب آمادگی لازم برای ایفای نقش، زمینه‌ساز ابتکارات ساختاری در هم‌آفرینی ارزش محسوب می‌گردد. همچنین وجود بسترهای تسهیل‌کننده مشارکت از بعد فنی و قانون‌گذاری، زمینه مشارکت بیشتر را فراهم می‌کند. الگوی ارائه شده در پژوهش می‌تواند به عنوان راهنمایی برای هم‌آفرینی ارزش در اکوسیستم خدمات سلامت قرار گیرد.

The Process Pattern of Value Co-creation in Healthcare Service Ecosystem

AbstractBackground: Having an inclusive approach and explaining involvement practices and the roles played by the actors in healthcare ecosystems is a critical factor in healthcare industry. The aim of this study was to design the process pattern of value cocreation in the healthcare ecosystem.Methods: This study was practical in terms of the goal, and descriptivesurvey with a twostaged qualitative method in terms of data collection. At first, 23 articles and scientific reports regarding theoretical foundations of value cocreation in healthcare were reviewed using the systematic review, and the basic pattern was designed. Then, in order to confirm and complete the identified factors in the first stage, 10 academic and professional experts familiar with value cocreation and health care ecosystem in the country were interviewed ,selected by combining targeted judgmental and chain sampling. The data gathered from these interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis.Result: In this study, 3 categories and 54 subcategories concerning health ecosystem were extracted. According to the results, the final pattern was designed in 3 stages of process readiness, value network and process achievements in 3 micro, meso and macro levels. Accordingly, the roles and tasks of the actors in the health service ecosystem were explained.Conclusion: Clarity of the role of the actors and making necessary preparations to implement them, paves the way for structural innovations of value cocreation process. In addition, establishing technical and legislative grounds to facilitate participation, leads to more participation. The suggested pattern can be used as a guide for value cocreation in the health service ecosystem.Key words: Value cocreation, Healthcare ecosystem, Process pattern, Participatory management
