شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با پیاده سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) تهران

زمینه و هدف: با پیشرفت علم و پیدایش فناوری‌های جدید حل مشکلات بهداشتی و پزشکی بشر، یکی از مهمترین کاربردهای فناوری در گستره بهداشت و درمان، ایجاد پرونده‌های الکترونیک سلامت است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین عوامل داخلی و خارجی مرتبط با پیاده سازی موفق پرونده‌های الکترونیک سلامت در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) شهر تهران انجام شد.روش پژوهش: مطالعه از نوع توصیفیتحلیلی می‌باشد که در سال 971396 انجام پذیرفت. جامعه‌ی آماری، صاحب نظران و خبرگان دانشگاه آزاد واحد تهران و بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) به تعداد 15 نفر بودند که به روش نمونه برداری هدفمند انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار اصلی جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود. پرسشنامه اول به صورت باز و جهت شناسایی عوامل طراحی شد؛ پرسشنامه دوم نیز به صورت بسته و با هدف تعیین اوزان و رتبه هر یک از عوامل طراحی گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارspss 22 ، excel و matlab در جهت انجام رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: 6 معیار به عنوان عوامل داخلی مرتبط با پیاده سازی موفق پرونده های سلامت الکترونیک شناسایی گردید. این عوامل شامل آموزش، فرهنگ سازی، جامعیت، ایمنی و محرمانگی، ارتباط سازنده و مشارکت می‌باشد. 4 معیار نیز به عنوان عوامل خارجی مرتبط شناسایی گردید که شامل عوامل فناوری/ اقتصادی، عوامل اجتماعی/ فرهنگی، عوامل مدیریتی/ ساختاری و عوامل قانونی می‌باشد. همه عوامل شناسایی شده مورد تایید خبرگان قرار گرفت.نتیجه گیری: پیاده سازی پرونده الکترونیک سلامت نیاز به لحاظ کردن عوامل آموزشی، فرهنگ سازی، جامعیت، ایمنی و محرمانگی، ارتباط سازنده، مشارکت، فناوری/ اقتصادی، عوامل اجتماعی/ فرهنگی، عوامل مدیریتی/ ساختاری و عوامل قانونی دارد.

Identification of Effective Factors related to Implementation of Electronic Health Records in Imam Khomeini Hospital, Tehran

Background: With the advancement of science and emergence of new technologies for solving human health and medical problems, one of the most important applications of technology in the field of health care is creation of electronic health records. The purpose of this study was to determine the effective internal and external factors related to successful implementation of the electronic health records in Imam Khomeini Hospital of Tehran, Iran.Methods: This descriptiveanalytic research was carried out in 20182019. The statistical population consisted of 15 experts from Azad University of Tehran and Imam Khomeini Hospital selected by targeted sampling method. The main data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire designed to identify and rank the effective factors. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22, Excel, and Matlab software to perform a structuralinterpretive approach.Results: Based on the findings, 6 criteria were identified related to the internal factors affecting successful implementation of the electronic health records. These factors included education, culture, comprehensiveness, safety and confidentiality, constructive communication, and participation approved by experts. According to the experts, 4 criteria were identified as effective external factors: technology / Economic, social / cultural factors, management / structural factors and legal factors.Conclusion: implementation of an electronic health record needs to take into educational, cultivation, comprehensiveness, safety privacy, constructive communication, collaboration, technology / economic, social / cultural, management / structural, and legal factors.
