عوامل رفتاری تاثیرگذار بر طراحی مدل حکمرانی شبکه در حوزه مراقبت‌های سلامت: یک مرور نظام‌مند کیفی

زمینه و هدف: ایجاد شبکه های همکاری بین سازمانی به یک استراتژی اساسی جهت ارائه خدمات با کیفیت و با هزینه تمام شده پایین در نظام سلامت تبدیل شده است. بهره گیری از مزایای شبکه های همکاری مستلزم استفاده از مدل حکمرانی متناسب با نظام سلامت است. فاکتورهای گوناگونی بر طراحی موفق مدل حکمرانی در شبکه های مراقبت سلامت تاثیر می گذارند. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل رفتاری داخلی است که می بایست در طراحی یک مدل حکمرانی شبکه ای موفق در نظام سلامت مورد توجه قرار گیرند.روش پژوهش: با جستجوی مطالعات مرتبط با سوال پژوهش در پایگاه اسنادی web of science به عنوان یک پایگاه جامع و معتبر، 2350 انتشار علمی حاصل شد. با غربالگری نتایج مذکور بر اساس تناسب عناوین با معیارهای ورودی و خروجی 150 مقاله منتج گردید. غربالگری نهایی بر اساس چکیده و نتیجه گیری 150 مقاله منتج شده از مرحله قبل، به 53 مقاله ی نهایی انجامید. در این پژوهش جهت کشف عوامل رفتاری تاثیرگذار بر طراحی مدل حکمرانی در شبکه های ارائه دهنده خدمات سلامت، از روش مرور نظام مند ادبیات جهت کشف و یکپارچه سازی دانش مربوطه استفاده شد. یافته ها: طی بررسی مطالعات غربال شده برحسب معیارهای ورودی و خروجی مطالعات، 59 عدد از شواهد از 31 منبع استخراج گردید و از منابع دیگر شواهدی کشف نشد. جهت ایجاد دیدگاه جامع و دسترسی آسان به این شواهد، ترکیب شواهد استخراج شده به 3 دسته ی مشخصات روابط، ویژگی های مشارکت و پیامد های هنجاری و همچنین 15 مضمون از فاکتورها منجر شد. نتیجه گیری: مدل حکمرانی شبکه در صورتی موفق آمیز خواهد بود که عوامل رفتاری موثر در طراحی آن در نظر گرفته شود. مهمترین عوامل رفتاری در شبکه که بایست در تعیین مدل حکمرانی شبکه مورد توجه قرار گیرند عبارت اند از مشخصات روابط، مشخصات مشارکت و پیامدهای هنجاری.

Behavioral Factors Influencing on Designing Network Governance Model in Health Care Domain: A systematic literature review

Background: Establishment of the intraorganizational collaboration network has become a critical strategy to provide highquality services with a low cost in the health system. In order to utilize the benefits of collaborative networks, an appropriate governance model in accordance with the health system is required. To design a successful model of network governance, different effective factors should be considered. The aim of this research was to identify the internal behavioral factors that influence the design of a successful model of network governance in the health care system.Methods: To select the related studies, the web of science, as a comprehensive and credible database was searched and 2350 scientific studies were resulted. The titles of these studies were compared with the inclusion and exclusion criteria and a number of 150 papers were selected. Next, the abstracts of these 150 papers were studied and finally, 53 articles were reviewed. In this research, a systematic literature review was conducted to explore and integrate the relevant knowledge on behavioral factors affecting the design of a governance model in health service networks.Results: The review of selected studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria resulted in extraction of 59 evidences from 31 sources. No further evidences were extracted from other resources. In order to access these evidences easily and create a comprehensive view in the study area, the extracted evidences were categorized into three categories including characteristics of relationships, participation characteristics, and normative implications. These categories were further classified into15 subcategories.Conclusion: The network governance model will be successful in the case that effective behavioral factors be considered in its designing. The most important behavioral factors that should be considered in determining the network governance model include the relationships' characteristics, participation characteristics, and normative implications.
