بررسی وضعیت کارآفرینی در دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد

زمینه و هدف: امروزه نقش مهم کارآفرینی به عنوان یک پدیده مهم اقتصادی بر کسی پوشیده نیست. از آنجا که هر اجتماعی درگیر تولید ثروت، توسعه فناوری و اشتغال مولد است، بایستی توجه ویژه ای به مقوله کارآفرینی داشته باشد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی وضعیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد انجام شد.روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر تحلیلی بود و به صورت مقطعی در سال 1393 انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه را کلیه دانشجویان رشته مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد در مقطع تحصیلی کارشناسی (در قالب سرشماری) تشکیل دادند. همچنین به منظور جمع آوری داده ها، از پرسشنامه استانداردی استفاده شد که روایی و پایایی آن قبلاً به اثبات رسیده است. درنهایت داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: از میان ابعاد کارآفرینی، بیشترین و کمترین میانگین و انحراف معیار به ترتیب مربوط به بعد کنترل درونی 0/59 ±3/93 و بعد ریسک پذیری 0/61 ±3/20 بوده است. بر اساس ضریب همبستگی پیرسون رابطه معناداری بین بعد ریسک پذیری و ابعاد استقلال طلبی (0/001= p)، توفیق طلبی (0/001 = p) و کنترل درونی (0/003 = p) مشاهده شد.نتیجه گیری: از آنجا که دانشجویان از عزم و اراده خوبی برخوردار هستند، از طریق آموزش کارآفرینی به ویژه آموزش های رفتاری، می توان روحیه خلاقیت، انگیزه توفیق طلبی، خطرپذیری و استقلال طلبی را در آن ها تقویت کرد. بنابراین، هدف آموزش های کارآفرینی باید انتقال دانش، ایجاد مهارت و نیز نگرش های کارآفرینانه در دانشجویان باشد.

An Investigation on Entrepreneurship Status of Healthcare Management Students in Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd, Iran

Background: The role of entrepreneurship as an important economic phenomenon is obvious. Since each community is involved in the production of wealth as well as development of technology, and productive employment, special attention should be paid to entrepreneurship. In this regard, this study aimed to investigate the status of entrepreneurship among students of healthcare management in Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This descriptive, crosssectional study was conducted in 2014. The population included all healthcare management MSc and BSc students in Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences (n = 80). Furthermore, the required data were gathered by using a standard questionnaire; the validity and reliability of which have already proven. Data were then analyzed by descriptive statistical methods in SPSS 16.Results: Among dimensions of entrepreneurship, the highest average belonged to the internal control with the mean score of 3.93 plusmn; 0.59, while dimension of risk sharing had the lowest average by mean score of 3.20 plusmn; 0.61. According to Pearson correlation coefficient a significant correlation was observed between dimensions of risk sharing and independence (p = 0.001) and also between the dimensions of achievement (p = 0.001) and internal control (p = 0.003).Conclusion: Since students have good rates of determination, their spirits can be nourished with creativity, achievement motivation, risk taking, and independence through entrepreneurship education, especially behavioral education. It is obvious that the purpose of entrepreneurship educations can be noted as transferring knowledge and building skills in students. Finally, this training should create an entrepreneurial attitude in them.
