دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی در کسب مهارت‌های مدیریتی، آموزشی و فردی پس از طی دوره کارورزی پزشکی اجتماعی

زمینه و هدف: همواره یکی از دغدغه های اصلی سیاست گذاران و برنامه ریزان حوزه آموزش و سلامت، سنجش میزان دستیابی به اهداف تعیین شده است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر دوره آموزشی 1 ماهه کارورزی پزشکی اجتماعی در دانش، نگرش و کسب مهارت های مدیریتی، آموزشی و فردی پس از حضور در مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و جامعه انجام گرفته است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی است که به صورت مقطعی در سال 1393 در دانشکده پزشکی اصفهان انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش 96 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی معرفی شده به دوره کارورزی پزشکی اجتماعی بودند که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ای بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد سنجش و تایید قرار گرفت. داده ها در نرم افزار spss 16 به صورت درصد فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف معیار توصیف و با آزمون کای دو تحلیل شد.یافته ها: پس از گذراندن دوره بهبود مهارت های مدیریتی، ارتباطی و تقویت اعتماد به نفس به ترتیب با فراوانی 78/0 (81/3 درصد)، 74/0 (77/1 درصد) و 70/0 (72/9 درصد) از مقبولیت بیشتری در بین دانشجویان برخوردار بودند. کمتر از 50/0 درصد مشارکت کنندگان معتقد بودند که این دوره در تعمیق فراگیری های قبلی، تعیین مسیر تحصیلی آینده و فرصتی برای به اشتراک گذاردن ایده ها با پزشکان فارغ التحصیل شاغل، نقش دارد. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد، طرح درس جدید دوره آموزشی پزشکی اجتماعی در تغییر نگرش، مهارت های مدیریتی و ارتباطی دانشجویان اثر مثبت دارد ولی نمی تواند موجب تقویت عمق فراگیری های قبلی شود و آنان را در تعیین مسیر تحصیلی آینده از طریق اشتراک ایده های شغلی با پزشکان فارغ التحصیل شاغل یاری نماید، بنابراین نیاز به بازنگری مجدد دارد

The Viewpoints of Medical Students in Acquiring Management, Educational and Individual Skills after Passing the Community Medicine Courses

Background: One of the main concerns of policy makers and planners in the field of education and health has been to measure achievement of goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a onemonth course of social medicine internship on knowledge, attitude and acquiring management, educational and individual skills after attending health centers and community.Methods: This applied crosssectional study was conducted in Isfahan Medical School in 2014. The research community consisted of 96 medical students introduced to the social medicine internship course that were selected by the census method. The research instrument was a researchermade questionnaire that its validity and reliability were assessed and confirmed. Data were described by frequency, mean and descriptive standard deviation and analyzed by ChiSquare test ( chi; 2) in SPSS 16 software.Results: After passing the course, the improving period of management skills, communication and strengthen confidence with the frequency of 78 (81.3 %), 74 (77.1 %) and 70 (72.9 %) were more acceptable among the students. Less than 50 % of participants believed that this course was effective in the depth of previous trainings, determination of future educational path and facilitates an opportunity to share ideas with graduated doctors.Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the new lesson plan of the social medicine course is effective in changing the attitude, management and communication skills of students; however, it cannot enhance the previous learning depth and determine the future educational path through participation of job ideas with graduated doctors. Therefore, it needs to be redefined.
