تاثیر تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت بر رابطه بین عملکرد مالی و سودمندی در بیمارستان امام خمینی

موضوع و هدف مقاله:هدف این مقاله تاثیر تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت بر رابطه بین عملکرد مالی و سودمندی در بیمارستان می باشد در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش جمع‌آوری اطلاعات جز پژوهش‌های کمی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری مورد نظر در این تحقیق، مدیران و سرپرستان حوزه سلامت و تحت نظر اداره علوم پزشکی استان ایلام به تعداد 215 نفر می‌باشد لذا نمونه اماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 150 نفر تعیین گردید. روش نمونه گیری نیز به صورت در دسترس می باشد. ابزار گردآوری داده در این پژوهش شامل سه پرسشنامه می‌باشد پرسشنامه تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت فستر وهمکاران( 2018 ) ، پرسشنامه استاندارد سودمندی کمالی و همکاران( 1398 )، پرسشنامه عملکرد مالی مقیمی( 1398 ) است. یافته های پژوهش: نتایج حاصل از معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که در سطح خطای 0,01 تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت بر سودمندی تاثیر معنادار دارد. در سطح اطمینان 90 درصد و سطح خطای 0,1 تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت بر عملکرد مالی تاثیر معنادار دارد. همچنین در سطح اطمینان 99,99 درصد و سطح خطای 0/01 عملکرد مالی و سودمندی تاثیر معنادار دارد در نهایت مقدار آماره t متغیر تعاملی تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت، سودمندی ( 3,753 =t ) بزرگتر از 2,57 است، می توان چنین بیان کرد که در سطح اطمینان 99,99 درصد و سطح خطای 0,01 تکنولوژی اطلاعات سلامت بر رابطه بین عملکرد مالی و سودمندی در بیمارستان امام خمینی ایلام تاثیر دارد. نتیجه گیری، اصالت و افزوده آن به دانش: هزینه های فناوری اطلاعات سلامت از جمله هزینه های عملیاتی فناوری اطلاعات و هزینه سرمایه، ارتباط مثبتی با بازده دارایی ها و بهره وری بیمارستان دارند. افزون بر این، سرمایه گذاری نیز از طریق فرآیندهای کسب و کار واسطه بیمارستان از جمله پذیرش پرونده های الکترونیکی سلامت (ehr) و معیارهای کیفیت، تاثیرگذار است. یافته های ما نشان می دهند که سرمایه گذاری فناوری اطلاعات سلامت بیمارستان از جمله فرآیندهای کسب و کار واسطه پس از اجرای قانون فناوریاطلاعات سلامت برای سلامت بالینی و اقتصادی، ارتباط مثبتی با عملکرد مالی و بهره وری دارد.
