مدل مفهومی نقش موسسات مالی بر توسعه جامعه ورزش

موضوع و هدف مقاله:هدف از نگارش این مقاله رسیدن به یک مدل پارادایمی مفهومی از نظر مالی صنعت بانکداری بر توسعه صنعت ورزش است تا یتوان از آن بعنوان الگویی در تحلیل شرایط موجود بهره برداری کرد. یافته های پژوهش: یافته ها نشان داد که مولفه‌های موثر مدیریتی و مالی،توسعه منابع انسانی،ارتقاء زیر ساخت ها و توسعه فضاهای ورزشی استاندارد مولفه‌های موثر در توسعه صنعت ورزش هستند.نتیجه گیری، اصالت و افزوده آن به دانش: نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای 1. تامین منابع مالی از طریق سیستم بانکی با توجه به محدود بودن منابع دولتی و تجهیز و تکمیل و توسعه زیرساختهای ورزشی کشور. 2. سیاست زدایی 3- مدیریت اثربخش و کارآمد از اولویت بیشتری برای توسعه ورزشی برخوردارند.

identifying and ranking the factors affecting the effectiveness of the internal control system in government institutions and organizations

subject and purpose: the purpose of writing this article is to reach a conceptual paradigm model from the financial point of view of the banking industry on the development of the sports industry so that it can be used as a model in the analysis of the existing conditions.research method: qualitative approach and data foundation research method, which starts with observation and reaches theory production is our research method. purposive and snowball sampling are chosen. the sample size in this research was equal to 50 people based on the theoretical saturation index, open and semi-structured interviews were conducted and questions were set in the three axes of what, why and how.research findings: the findings of this research showed that managerial and financial components, development of human resources, improvement of infrastructure and development of standard sports spaces are among the effective components in the development of the sports industry.the conclusion of originality and its addition to knowledge: the results showed that the following variables have more priority for sports development. (1) providing financial resources through the banking system due to the limited state resources and equipping, completing and developing the country's sports infrastructure; (2) depoliticization; (3) effective and efficient management.
