طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی توسعه رهبری معنوی در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اردبیل

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی توسعه رهبری معنوی در مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان اردبیل بود.روش: روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر ماهیت داده‌ها آمیخته (ابتدا کیفی بعد کمّی) و از نظر شیوه اجرا متوالی اکتشافی بود. در بخش کیفی روش پژوهش داده‌بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل صاحب‌نظران و اساتید دانشگاهی حوزه علوم تربیتی استان اردبیل بودند. نمونه‌گیری به روش نظری هدف‌مند انجام شد و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری، 12 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود و روایی آن از نوع روایی محتوایی و پایایی آن از طریق روش توافق بین کدگذاران تایید شد. داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از روش کدگذاری سه‌مرحله‌ای (باز، محوری و انتخابی) تحلیل شدند. روش بخش کمّی نیز توصیفی از نوع هم‌بستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه آموزگاران دوره ابتدایی شهر اردبیل به تعداد 2600 نفر بود که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 335 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه پژوهش‌گر‌ساخته بر مبنای یافته‌های بخش کیفی بود. برای تحلیل داده‌های کمی از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد.یافته‌: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد الگوی توسعه رهبری معنوی در مدارس دوره ابتدایی شهرستان اردبیل تحت مقولات تعاملات انسانی، مشارکت خانواده و جامعه، توانمندسازی و رشد حرفه‌ای کارکنان، توسعه مهارت‌های مدیریتی، تقویت ارزش‌ها و اخلاقیات، مدیریت بحران و چالش‌ها، ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی حمایتی و ترویج یادگیری معنوی در مدرسه دسته‌بندی و از نظر اعتبارسنجی برازش شدند (05/0p<).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رهبری معنوی در مدارس ابتدایی مفهومی چندبُعدی است که بر عوامل انسانی، اخلاقی و مدیریتی استوار است. الگوی ارائه‌شده می‌تواند درک بهتری از این مفهوم فراهم کند و به‌عنوان مبنایی برای اقدامات مدیریتی در این حوزه مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

the design and validation of a spiritual leadership development model in primary schools of ardabil county

objective: this study designs and validates a model for developing spiritual leadership in primary schools in ardabil.method: the research was applied in terms of purpose, mixed-method (qualitative followed by quantitative) in data nature, and exploratory sequential in execution. in the qualitative phase, the grounded theory method was used. the statistical population for the qualitative phase included experts and university professors in the field of educational sciences in ardabil province. sampling was conducted using purposive theoretical sampling, and based on the principle of theoretical saturation, 12 participants were selected. the data collection tool in the qualitative phase was a semi-structured interview, the validity of which was confirmed through content validity, and its reliability was verified using inter-coder agreement. qualitative data were analyzed using a three-stage coding process (open, axial, and selective). the quantitative phase was descriptive-correlational. the statistical population included all primary school teachers in ardabil (n = 2600), of whom 335 were selected through cluster random sampling based on cochran’s formula. the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the findings of the qualitative phase. quantitative data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem) and confirmatory factor analysis (cfa). results: the findings indicate that the model for developing spiritual leadership in primary schools in ardabil is categorized under the following themes: human interactions, family and community participation, staff empowerment and professional growth, development of managerial skills, management of crisis and challenge, strengthening values and ethics, creating a supportive organizational culture, and promoting spiritual learning in schools. the model was validated and demonstrated a good fit (p < 0.05). conclusion: the results of this study show that spiritual leadership in primary schools is a multidimensional concept rooted in human, ethical, and managerial factors. the proposed model provides a better understanding of this concept and can serve as a foundation for managerial actions in this field.
