طراحی الگوی فرایند تصمیم‌گیری مدیران آموزشی با استراتژی ثبات قدم در رویکرد اسلامی.

هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف طراحی الگوی فرایند تصمیم‌گیری مدیران آموزشی مبتنی‌بر راهبرد ثبات‌قدم است.روش: در بخش اول، به روش تحلیل مضمون مفهوم ثبات قدم مبتنی‌بر آیات قرآن کریم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش 389 آیه قرآن کریم با واژگان مرتبط با ثبات قدم بود. با روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند، 34 آیه نمونه پژوهش را تشکیل دادند. روش تحلیلی استفاده شده در این بخش، تحلیل شبکه مضامین بود. در بخش دوم، برای احصای دلالت‌های مضامین ثبات قدم برای فرایندهای تصمیم‌گیری مدیران آموزشی از روش دلالت‌پژوهی نظام‌مند استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش متخصصین در حیطه تصمیم‌گیری و  بودند که به کمک روش نمونه‌گیری نظری، در دسترس و گوله‌برفی با 13 نفر مصاحبه شد. اعتبارسنجی یافته‌ها از بررسی نظرات خبرگان به‌دست آمد.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش، در گام نخست، شش مضمون برای ثبات قدم شامل ایمان و امید به عوامل غیبی، شجاعت و خطرپذیری، تمرکز برداشته‌ها، قوت اراده، بزرگی و اهمیت هدف، فضای انگیزشی و وحدت‌بخش به‌دست آمد. براساس هر کدام از مضامین برای فرایند تصمیم‌گیری دلالت‌هایی به‌دست آمد از جمله شناخت ظرفیت‌ها در کنار خلاءها، توجه به متقاعدسازی به جهت همراهی منابع انسانی، توجه به جانشین‌پروری و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی، قدرشناسی و حفظ امید، ایجاد فضای گفت‌وگو، هم‌افزایی صبرمحور و محبت‌محور.نتیجه‌گیری: بنابر یافته‌های پژوهش، توجه به مضامین ثبات قدم کمک می‌کند مدیران آموزشی در فرایند تصمیم‌گیری، از اتخاذ تصمیم تا اجرای تصمیم، عملکرد بهتری داشته باشند.

designing a model of a decision-making process for educational managers with the strategy of grit in the islamic approach

objective: this study designs a model of the decision-making process for educational managers based on the strategy of grit.method: the research was conducted in two phases. in the first phase, based on certain verses of the holy quran, the concept of grit was analyzed using thematic analysis. the statistical population consisted of 389 verses of the holy quran containing terms related to grit, from which 34 verses were purposefully selected as the sample. a thematic network analysis was employed in this phase.in the second phase, the systematic implications research method was used to derive the implications of the themes for decision-making processes in educational management. the target population consisted of experts in decision-making and education. thirteen participants were interviewed and selected through theoretical, convenience, and snowball sampling methods. validation of findings was achieved through expert review.results:  in the first step, six key themes of grit were identified: faith and hope in unseen factors; courage and risk-taking; focus on what we have; strength of will; significance and magnitude of the goal; and a motivational, unifying atmosphere. for each theme, specific implications for the decision-making process were identified, including recognizing capacities alongside gaps, emphasizing persuasion to ensure the support of human resources, focusing on succession planning and the empowerment of human resources, cultivating gratitude and maintaining hope, creating spaces for dialogue, and fostering patience-driven and compassion-driven synergy.conclusion: the study concludes that paying attention to the themes of grit can enhance educational managers’ performance throughout the decision-making process, from decision adoption to implementation.
