نقش واسطه ای تصور از خدا در ارتباط با باورهای مذهبی با خوش‌بینی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان

هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه باورهای مذهبی با خوش‌بینی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای با میانجی‌گری تصوّر از خدا در معلّمان در قالب یک مدل علّی است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت مسئله و نوع هدف، کاربردی و از نظرشیوه پژوهش توصیفی از نوع هم‌بستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل، کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه شهرستان بهشهر در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 به تعداد 850 نفر است که به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای به تفکیک جنسیت تعداد 265 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر (1998)، خوش‌بینی شییر و کارور (1994)، باورهای مذهبی نجفی (1385)، تصور از خدا مظاهری و همکاران (1384) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس 28 و پی‌ال‌اس 8 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد مقدار ضریب اثر کل تاثیر باورهای مذهبی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان با نقش میانجی تصور از خدا برابر 0.507 است که نشان می‌دهد، نقش میانجی تصور از خدا در رابطه بین باورهای مذهبی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای معنی‌دار است. هم‌چنین مقدار ضریب اثر کل تاثیر باورهای مذهبی بر خوش‌بینی معلمان با نقش میانجی تصور از خدا برابر 0.706 است که نشان می‌دهد، نقش میانجی تصور از خدا در رابطه بین باورهای مذهبی و خوش‌بینی نیز معنی دار است. بنابراین می‌توان در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد تاثیر میانجی‌گری تصور از خدا در رابطه بین باورهای مذهبی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای و خوش‌بینی در معلمان را تایید کرد.نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گرفت با تقویت باورهای مذهبی و ایجاد تصور مثبت از خداوند در معلمان، میزان خوش‌بینی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای آنان را بهبود بخشید.

the mediating role of the concept of god in the relationship between religious beliefs, and teachers' optimism and professional ethics

objective: this study examines the relationship between religious beliefs, and teachers’ optimism and professional ethics with the mediating role of the concept of god within a causal model framework.method: this study is applied in nature and descriptive-correlational in terms of research method. the statistical population included all high school teachers in behshahr, iran, during the 2023-2024 academic year, totaling 850 teachers. a stratified sampling method based on gender was used to select 265 participants. data were collected using standard questionnaires: kusworo’s professional ethics (1998), scheer & carver’s optimism (1994), najafi’s religious beliefs (2006), and mazaheri et al.’s concept of god (2005). data were analyzed using spss-28 and pls3.8 software.results: the findings indicated that the total effect coefficient of religious beliefs on teachers’ professional ethics with the mediating role of the concept of god was 0.507, indicating that the mediating role of the concept of god in the relationship between religious beliefs and professional ethics is significant. additionally, the total effect coefficient of religious beliefs on teachers’ optimism with the mediating role of the concept of god was 0.706, indicating that the mediating role of the concept of god in the relationship between religious beliefs and optimism is also significant. therefore, at a 95% confidence level, the mediating effect of the concept of god in the relationship between religious beliefs and both professional ethics and optimism can be confirmed.conclusion: according to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that by strengthening religious beliefs and fostering a positive concept of god among teachers, their levels of optimism and professional ethics can be improved.
