اثر بخشی الگوی مدیریت مدرسه محوری و شرایط محیطی بر عملکرد محتوای آموزشی دانش آموزان با نقش تعدیلگری ارزش های اخلاقی

هدف:فرهنگ برنامه‌ریزی در مدرسه و دستیابی به اهداف و ماموریت‌های از پیش تعیین شده بعنوان پایه‌ای برای مدیریت مدرسه محوری  است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف، اثربخشی الگوی مدیریت مدرسه محوری و شرایط محیطی بر عملکرد محتوای آموزشی دانش‌آموزان با نقش تعدیلگری ارزش‌های اخلاقی انجام شد. روش:روش پژوهش رویکرد آمیخته - اکتشافی (کیفی و کمی) است. در مرحله کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون مقوله‌ها، عوامل اصلی و فرعی الگوی مدیریت مدرسه محوری استخراج گردید. همچنین در مرحله کمی تحقیق از روش توصیفی- پیمایشی استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در مرحله کیفی مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. در مرحله کمی پرسشنامه در راستای مولفه‌های تحقیق به صورت محقق ساخته طراحی گردید (107 گویه) که با استفاده از طیف 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، شامل 12 نفر از ذینفعان در آموزش و پرورش استان فارس (مدیران، معاونین، معلمان و سایر پرسنل مدارس) می‌باشد. همچنین نمونه‌گیری به شیوه اشباع و هدفمند انجام شد. جامعه آماری مرحله کمی تحقیق شامل مدیران، معاونین، معلمان و سایر پرسنل مدارس آموزش و پرورش استان فارس بود و تعداد نمونه‌ آماری با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) بدست آمد، که برابر با 382 نفر می‌باشد. نمونه‌گیری در این بخش به صورت خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انجام شد. تحلیل سوالات تحقیق با استفاده از نرم‌افزار  smart-pls3انجام شدیافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، ارزش های اخلاقی بر عملکرد محتوای آموزشی دانش‌آموزان تاثیر مثبتی می‌گذارد. همچنین، شرایط محیطی و مدیریت مدرسه محوری بر عملکرد محتوای آموزشی دانش‌آموزان نیز تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.نتیجه گیری:نتیجه این که ارزش‌های اخلاقی باعث افزایش تاثیر شرایط محیطی بر عملکرد محتوای آموزشی دانش‌آموزان وکاهش تاثیر مدیریت مدرسه محوری بر عملکرد محتوای آموزشی دانش‌آموزان می‌گردد. علاوه بر این سطح برازش کلی مدل در حد قوی و قابل قبول (0.381=.gof) بدست آمد.

the effectiveness of school-centered management model and environmental conditions on the performance students’ educational content with the moderating role of ethical values

objective:the culture of planning in schools and achievement of predetermined goals and missions serve as the foundation for school-centered management. this research aimed at examining the effectiveness of the school-centered management model and environmental conditions on students’ academic performance, with the moderating role of ethical values. method:the research method employed an exploratory mixed methods approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative elements. in the qualitative phase, the main and sub-factors of the school-centered management model were extracted using thematic analysis. additionally, the quantitative phase utilized a descriptive-survey method. the data collection instrument in the qualitative phase consisted of semi-structured interviews. in the quantitative phase, a researcher-developed questionnaire was designed based on the research components, comprising 107 items measured on a 5-point likert scale. the qualitative sample included 12 beneficiaries in the education system of fars province, including managers, deputies, teachers, and other school staff. the sampling method was purposive and saturated. the statistical population in the quantitative phase consisted of managers, deputies, teachers, and other school staff in the education system of fars province, and the sample size was determined using krejcie and morgan’s table (1970), amounting to 382 participants. clustered multi-stage sampling was employed in this section. findingthe research questions were analyzed using smart-pls3 software. the results of the study indicated that ethical values have a positive impact on the performance of students’ educational content. moreover, environmental conditions and school-centered management significantly and positively influence the performance of students’ educational content. ethical values enhance the impact of environmental conditions on the performance of students’ educational content while reducing the impact of school-centered management. conclusion: furthermore, the overall model fit is strong and acceptable (gof=0.381).keywords: effectiveness, school-centered management, environmental conditions, performance of educational content, ethical values.
