روابط ساختاری جهت‌گیری مذهبی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمان: نقش میانجی‌گر تحول اخلاقی

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط ساختاری جهت‌گیری مذهبی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای با در نظرگرفتن نقش میانجی سطوح تحول اخلاقی در معلمان ابتدایی انجام شد. روش‌: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی با شیوه معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه معلمان ابتدایی شهرستان سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400  ( (n=500بود. به الگوی کلاین، نمونه‌ای به حجم 220 نفر از میان معلمان زن و مرد با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شد. افراد نمونه به سه پرسشنامه تحول اخلاقی (ma,1981)؛ اخلاق حرفه‌ای ((cadozier, 2002 و جهت‌گیری مذهبی (allport & ross, 1950 ( پاسخ دادند. به منظورآزمون مدل تحقیق از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار smart pls استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد اخلاق حرفه‌ای در معلمان با درونی شدن جهت‌گیری مذهبی در آنها افزایش می‌یابد، به طوری که اثر مستقیم آن برابر با 0.570=β  بود. همچنین جهت‌گیری مذهبی با تحول اخلاقی و تحول اخلاقی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای ارتباط دارد. همچنین بین جهت‌گیری مذهبی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای از طریق سطوح تحول اخلاقی ارتباط غیرمستقیم وجود داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که با درونی شدن جهت‌گیری مذهبی و در نتیجه بالارفتن سطوح تحول اخلاقی، اخلاق حرفه‌ای در معلمان ابتدایی افزایش می‌یابد.

structural relations of religious orientation with teachers ' professional ethics : the role of moral development

aim: the purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between religious orientation and professional ethics with regard to mediator role of moral development levels in elementary teachers .method: the research method was descriptive and correlation with structural equation modeling . the population of this research was all elementary teachers in sabzevar city in the academic year 1400 - 1401 ( n = 500 ) . in addition , a sample of 220 men and women teachers were selected by stratified random sampling method . the sample consisted of three questionnaires of moral development ( ma , 1981 ) ; professional ethics ( ( , 2002 ) and religious orientation ( allport & ross , 1950 ) . structural equation modeling ( sem ) was used to model structural equation modeling .findings: the results showed that the professional ethic in teachers increased with the internalization of religious orientation , so that its direct effect was  570/0=β  . religious orientation is associated with moral development and moral development with professional ethics . also there was an indirect relation between religious orientation and professional ethics through ethical development levels .conclusion: conclusion the results of this study show that by internalization of religious orientation and as a result of higher levels of moral  development , professional ethics in elementary teachers increases.
