روابط ساختاری اخلاق کاری و هدفمندی در زندگی با بهزیستی معنوی معلمان: نقش میانجی درگیری در کار

هدف: پژوهش حاضر بررسی روابط ساختاری اخلاق کاری(با رویکرد اسلامی)  و هدفمندی در زندگی با بهزیستی معنوی معلمان با میانجی‌گری درگیری در کار بود. روش: نوع پژوهش همبستگی به شیوه معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه معلمان دوره متوسطه اول و دوم شهر استان آذربایجان‌غربی  (26000=n) بود. نمونه‌ای به اندازه 450 نفر با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری مرحله‌ای خوشه‌ای تعیین شد. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های بهزیستی معنوی ellison(1982)    paloutzian & ؛ بهزیستی روانشناختی ryff (1989)؛ اخلاق کاری اسلامی ali (1988) ؛ و درگیری کاری utrecht تدوین‌شده  schaufeli et al(2002) استفاده شد. داده‌ها به شیوه مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smartpls  تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان دادند که اخلاق کاری اسلامی و هدفمندی در زندگی به طور مستقیم و به طور غیرمستقیم با میانجی‌گری درگیری در کار بر بهزیستی معنوی به صورت مثبت اثر دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: به این ترتیب نتیجه می‌شود که با بهبود اخلاق کاری اسلامی و اهمیت دادن هر چه بیشتر به هدفمندی در زندگی، درگیری درکار و درنتیجه آن بهزیستی معنوی معلمان تقویت می‌شود. 

the structural relations of work ethics and purposefulness in life with the students’ spiritual well-being: the mediating role of work engagement

objectivethe purpose of the present study was to investigate the structural relationships between work ethics (with an islamic approach) and purposefulness in life with spiritual well-being through the mediation of work engagement. method the type of research was correlational with structural equations. the statistical population of the present study was all junior and senior high school teachers of west azarbaijan province (n=26000). a sample (n= 450) was selected using multistage cluster sampling. in order to collect data, paloutzian and ellison (1982) spiritual well-being questionnaires, ryff’s psychological well-being (1989), ali’s islamic work ethic (1988) and utrecht work engagement scale of schaufeli et al. (2002) were used. the data were analyzed through structural equation modeling using smart pls software. findingthe results showed that islamic work ethics and purposefulness in life have a positive effect on spiritual well-being directly and indirectly by mediation of work engagement.conclusion in this way, it is concluded that by improving islamic work ethics and giving more importance to purposefulness in life, engagement at work and, as a result, the spiritual well-being of teachers will be reinforced.
